doing a wall with 3 15" inch BTLs

total box volume internal is 15.5 cubic feet

how do i figure out the rec port area with 12-16 sq inches of port per cubic foot?

really lost here i keep coming out with really high numbers

just multiply how much CuIn you wanna use per cube by how many cubes you have so 16x15.5=248sqin of port

when they reccomend "between 12-16 sq inches" whats the reasoning for choosing the right amount?

once i figure out the port area.. how do i figure out how deep the port needs to be for tuning?

or is that determined by the area of the port?????
