Posted May 17, 200718 yr i was wondering if anyone on here could help me on what options to put on my btl's im going with 12's and have 2 400.1 AB amps. i want high spl in a daily driver something that will make people remember you.
May 17, 200718 yr errr... 800w + BTL = ???If hes talking about vfl 400.1's you need to add another zero to the end of that 800wTo answer the original question I'd probably go with fully loaded BTL's Edited May 17, 200718 yr by alowerlevel
May 17, 200718 yr errr... 800w + BTL = ???k...kkk... ggGHAAHAAA... sorry, that one got me too, a pair of vfl500.1s put me in a 1000watts and I'll be able to get me a pair of SSD 10"s yeah, them vfls are no slouch... I'd take the 500.1s
May 17, 200718 yr I'm curious how much of a difference the P-chamfer and cooling are if anyone has big power to one without the cooling and only p-chamfer I'd like to know? daily, not just spl

May 17, 200718 yr Typically it is 3rd magnet, full cooling, & hixmax coil. The dc resistance, and lead's are up to you. Extreme leads are said to make noise druing high excursion...the regular BTL leads are huge.
