Which one would be the better choice??? I can get the jbl for 245 and the zapco for 550 shipped, both would be ran at 4 ohms on a 12 Mag. I believe the jbl is rated 787 watts at 4 ohms and the zapco 800 watts at 4 ohms. I really want the zapco but I dont know if power diference is worth $305. Does anybody know if the zapco is stable at 1 ohm??? If yes, then I will definitly pick it up.

Yup, its a D2. I was thinking about a 1500D but I still have a stock electrical system, so I wasnt sure if it could handle that much draw. I guess getting a 1500 would be a good excuse to upgrade the electrical.

Just because you have that kind of power doesn't mean you need to run it full-bore, all the time.

Unless you have a tiny alternator, a single 1500D shouldn't pose any problems...

The Zapco or Sundown would be very nice. If you want a quote on the sundown email [email protected]

Thanks for the responses guys. Plan on doing big 3 + yellowtop, should be a good start. Just found a brand new 1500 for super cheap :woot: hopefully the deal will go through very soon.

I'd go with the Zapco, but that's me.

Great product and great support. I have been a zapco owner for 4 years and I must say that their products are the shiznit ;)
