June 20, 200718 yr You should build a new box as wide as you can, and move the subs as far over to the passenger side as you can, so you can have more port area.
June 21, 200718 yr Author I originally built that box How so ???Are you a Friend of Doug B. ??? do i know you ?
June 21, 200718 yr Me and Doug are pretty good friends. I drive a blue 04 silverado. Been to a few TBP shows. Mostly watching, sometimes I enter my truck. More of a USACi guy.
June 21, 200718 yr Author Cool ! i have Modded the boxx by adding another faceplate, fiberglass resin, 1/2 round trimm in the seems, and will be adding a few secret angles to help the port to load better, built a dropp in port for Street Beat. just got dougs other boxx with the Twin 6" Flared ports
June 21, 200718 yr Yeah, we basically threw that box together. When we found out it wouldn't fit the way we wanted to AND that DD didn't ship the recones that he ordered, we stopped trying to make it bullet proof. Basically just left a shell with a single window brace. Im going to try and make it over to DFW again in July that way me and doug can work on a box for his new project.
