Been doing research in the field for nearly five years now, been training for various sports and events myself for 16 years. Worked with the Vancouver Canucks and the WSU Cougars baseball teams, along with various other university/college hockey, baseball, football, rugby, golf, volleyball, and basketball teams.

So yeah, I've fooled with weightlifting and training some.
