The BL 12 i have is amazing, i put it in a 2 ft^3 box with 50^2 of port and tuned it to ~34 hz. Its great on everything i jam too. I will say that it might do better on a little less port area though depending on what your looking for.

Nope, my family is full of MD's (Grandpa, Dad, brother, cousin) but no MD/PhD's. My dad always wanted to do research but he didnt have all of the same opportunities i have since he is from Guatemala and got his MD there. He loves medicine but also has a passion for pure science which has been passed on to me fortunately. Hopefully i will be able to achieve my goals of becoming a doctor/scientist.

The ihop isnt letting me quote for some reason dembeats: the GRE is the graduate record examinations. I need to take it in order to be accepted in the graduate program at LSU so i can do my masters. Quentin: MD is normally 4 years but its going to take 6 for me to do MD/PhD. Thats where you do 2 years of med school, then get your PhD in the next 2 years and finally finish the last 2 years of med school afterwards. Right now im trying to squeeze a 2 year masters into 1 year, its gonna be a shit ton of work if lol. My supervising professor of my lab recommended i try this since it will give me an impressive resume when applying for MD/PhD next year. Im going to be working on a new project soon that we hope to write a published paper on. If all goes well i should be the second author on it. That will certainly help also.

I'm gonna start bugging you about the ins and outs to everything in a year or so. I'm looking at a BS in biochem and BS in MCB then decide if I want to continue on. In my chem class this girl is double majoring in the same fields as me, so I told her I'm going to sign up for every single one of her classes for the next four years, ROFL. LMAO, I sort of did that with a buddy i graduated high school with. We both went into biochem and he always figured out his schedule before me so i just copied it haha. But if you want some info on a BS in Biochem ill be glad to help, plus i should have a fresh perspective compared to some since i just got my degree this month lol.

You better start interning with a alumni MD if you wanna have a chance of getting accepted. Wont have time, its going to be difficult to get my masters in 1 year. Im going to apply to many other programs and hopefully I can get a full ride. My gpa and MCAT are good so thats straight. I need to schedule an appointment with the admissions committee to see why i didnt get it in. I found your problem. Seriously though I hope it all works out in the end. Heard Mcat is a bitch, so that's good to do well on. Thanks man, now i need to prepare for the GRE that i scheduled today and am taking next thursday LOL. They sure didnt give me much time hahaha

Well, I found out my application to LSU NO med school was rejected today. It sucks, but i talked to my research professor and i can do a masters in the next year and reapply for MD/PhD so at least i have a plan... On a lighter and more positive note, one more year for LSU football and tailgating LOL

I just realized i might be able to do this if i export the two channels individually and overlay them.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

What are you trying to do? I took some fluorescent images of neurons labeling two proteins. One is red and the other is in green. I exported them from SlideBook as a 16 bit tiff file then I converted the image to RGB but all of the channels are the same intensity. I am trying to view the file as it was originally rendered; with different intensities for each color and keep their respective locations on the image (my whole paper is to see the relative position of these proteins). Any ideas how to separate them?

Very nice paint job and I like the frette inlay. Thanks, it plays a good as it looks too! Do you pick a little? I used to play daily until I shattered my left wrist in a car wreck a number of years ago. Now it is a struggle to have fine muscle control with out much pain for extended periods, not to mention the time has escaped me on being able to practice. Never too late to pick it back up Have you heard of Django Reinhardt?
