Ha, I buy 8 gal at a time.

If I did my maths correctly, 2 quarts will give me 26 gallons worth at 50:1, which means I'll have years worth of the stuff at my current rate. Prior to moving to my new property I would buy 1, maybe 2, quarts of PREMIXED fuel a year.

As it turns out I got free shipping from Klotz buying 2 quarts, which was cheaper than buying 1 and paying for shipping.

  2. Literally this whole page speaks to me. my family is lucky enough that we now live on a couple acres and I would love to actually utilize the space. Gardening is always a black box to me. I would love to land the basics and get started

  3. I got to get back on the workout train. I was doing really well when I wasn't working form home, since I started back up it's been tough.

Would be a good time to grab a table saw and bust out some projects.

    Anything other than drinking dranks.

Yeah, I was totally excited about the car, engine and all.  Until hybrid was tacked on.

A 48V system could just be a belt starter generator that doesn't really impede on the drivetrain.

Also, the industry is really moving towards some sort of hybrid, so this will be really common moving forward.

  5. So, I realized one of the stupidest things that I lock up on when trying to buy is stupid air filters for my house. What do you guys do? I don't care if I have to replace them often as long as I know I'm doing what's best for my system in the long run.

  6. I need to do a speaker build soon. Looking for something simplistic and high value. Speakers will be to fill a sitting area/ kitchen for listening. Will be powered by a 60w/ch Adcom.

I looked at the ZD5, but the cross over is crazy daunting. The Seas L18/27 is a little more than I want to chew on, price wise. Also, I'm lookign to keep the cabinet as small as possible to help the wife feel better about the speakers. (Which is odd, because we still have the BIB's in our living room).

I've been baking bread. Sometimes 8 loaves in a day and I only get on when I'm already exhausted and done logging onto the PC to game with friends and family who just got computers to play with me and the roomate etc.

I need to focus on getting my login for this site to work on the PC or at least new phone.

    Side hustle?

I sent it to Sean via text. I only get on here with a busted ass old phone. I'll do better at getting you guys that stuff. I did link it before but something changed. They have it under the pricess cruise and the classroom cleaning info pages.

Also, as politely as I can request in reverse,  where are you hearing otherwise?

I would love to read what you reader watch what you watch so I know better how to speak and convey hundreds of hours of reading faster than just shooting out vague info. If we focus on points your concerned about I can tell you why the science is focused where it is and how you can get your own data and come to your own opinion. I dont even mind if its different than mine, but I'm using my understanding and the understanding of the close personal experts in the field. I live with someone who mapped things like this and we are debating daily. I'm really happy to learn new information and correct my course.

Don't remember exactly where I saw the mutation, but this is from NPR so I trust it.

the CDC has changed their surface recommendations. they are extending the expected life on different surfaces and noting that its mutating faster than the flu.

    Citation?

Nation wide; yes. Here in FL they are found in larger concentrations. I'll be honest, I'm also concerned for my Pops. He just turned 65, his cancer is currently in remission (still weakened immune system from chemo etc), has diabetes, and owns a company in an industry that does not get a break from this. He's doing what he can to only be at home or in the office. Unfortunately his employees are still out there daily fixing things in stores and hospitals so they can serve people their food. It changes a lot of things for him.

I fucking get it bro. My dad has PSP (rare form of Parkinson's) and my wife is 37 weeks pregnant (with a breech baby).

Talked to my boss today and we decided we aren't fucking around. I'm working from home until after baby is born.

This entire thing has been unreal.  Just not grasping why the hysteria.  Yes I understand the mortality rate, but no hysteria for car wrecks, no hysteria for the flu, no hysteria for heart failure etc. etc.  The entire thing is out of hand, and is causing permanent damage, not to mention the people who will die because others are told not to work, perfect case is the dialysis clinics.

In regards to the flu. Let's assume COVID is just as deadly but spreads 2x as fast. In that sense it is 2x as deadly AND no one is immune to it.

  12. Supposedly Italy has 3.2 beds/1000 citizen or 192,000 hospital beds. From what I'm reading up to 20% of cases require hospitalization So we are looking 4000 (and growing) or 2% of total hospital capacity and they are completely overwhelmed. Something doesn't add up to me. We're they running at near capacity before hand?

I've heard ventilators are a big issue and 2% of total cases require that, but that would be 400 ventilators additionally needed in Italy.

So either in missing something, something is being under reported or the scare is pushing A LOT of people who don't have the virus to the doctor.

  13. What tires can you put on a truck to get some traction!?!

Getting tired of spinning the tires at the blip of a throttle and turning. Planning on finding some descent street tires and putting a tru-trac in the new truck when my dad's house sells and funds are more stable.

  14. Audio talk? What is this a speaker forum?

I'm looking to build some small bookshelves for my record player. Really wanted to go finally finish my bargain 2 way Zaph, but found out a) I threw away all the wood I pre cut b) one of the tweeters got smashed in the move, despite being in a styrofoam container.

My friend just purchased the Overnight Sensation kit from Part Express. Was thinking that may fit the need as I won't have to cut anything (life is crazy so time is a premium).

Any suggestions? Putting together a crossover would be fine, it's just all the cutting that would be hard to accomplish at the moment.

I drove a decked out Platinum with the 3.5 and I was really impressed by it.  So much so, that I want to do this swap in my bird.

The 2.7 has gotten tons of good reviews, but I'd prefer to stick with the 3.5 as it's been proven to take a ton of torture and just keep working.  I haven't seen anyone stressing the 2.7 much and I don't think it will be in use much longer.

The 2.7 is really a beast IMO. You could be right that it will gone at some point but it can really make some power.

That being said, more is better and the 3.5 is King!!!!

This 2020 F150 for the trip home has been pretty fun. Solid interior and the EcoBoost isn't that bad. Not going to lie, it's leaving me impressed. Not enough to leave my Tundra though.

    Thanks Guys.

I wish I knew why it wasn't loading for you. Might be the file extension? Just some graduation pics. Currently doing the job hunt, and looking at how to make the resume better. The trimmed fat version versus the Federal version is insanely different.
