I am not a fan of the C8.  Perhaps when I see it in person, but, for me, the C7 is the second most beautiful Vette, and the best modern Vette to date.  I get why they had to go mid-engine, but to me, it's now no longer a sports car nor grand tourer.

Sorry, I had to downvote this.

You're bleeding incorrectly.  Every time that pedal comes up in this scenario, you're pulling air into the system.

You need to pump the brakes until hard, hold the pedal, and have your helper open the bleeder valve until your foot goes to the floor.  Quickly close the valve and repeat the process.

Find the proper procedure for your particular vehicle.  They don't always go from furthest to closest, so you can easily introduce air, or not remove the air.

Probably working on a friend's vehicle today. Searched back to find this advice. Will try it out today!

I did not see this post.  I didn't realise Robert had torn a bicep.  My concern is only lower back.  It's a really bad way to exercise the lower back at anything that is a "heavy" weight.

No one is showing me what the deadlift helps with, other than some kind of real CNS type benefits.  I'm just over it since I'm not going to compete at anything anytime soon.

I would pretty much stop benching as my main chest exercise too if I had a little more agility.

People just stick with what they know because there is tradition and we really use the big 3 as strength tests.

Try Barbell Medicine. It's some MDs who are in to lifting. They look to be specializing in pain science.

I'm glad what's his name recently came out saying not to do deadlift unless your training to do deadlift.

I've all be cut them out completely and my back have grown much better, with less strain or injury.

I think they still provide some CNS type benefits at moderate to light weight though.

    ???

I got some air. :)  Will get more on the next trips.  Wet spring = mud.  I ride with guys who are setup for mud so I went where they did.  Anything real technical I find fun.  So yeah, single/double track and air is coming.

Those other bikes didn't look setup for mud.

Lighter bikes are fun to finesse in the mud. I remember friends on their little 2wd Honda Recon working the mud. When you get stuck you could usually pick the back end up and move it to some traction.

Is there a difference?  ie, if you take 8oz of spinach and eat it or put it in the blender with water and then drink it.

I realize no one would do that... I think, lol.

No health difference, just easier to eat calories in liquid form. Of Course people are going to add some tasty calories to a shake.

How much do you lose by putting them into a smoothy with fruit and yogurt (for example)?

It's better than not getting them, but if your looking to lose weight drinking calories is not recommended to obtain a calorie deficit.

I'll update with the name soon. 40mg a day for a week; 20mg after. I'm not a fan of taking this crap at all. I also know if I don't take their bs the 'help' I'll receive in preventing this from happening again is minimal.

Hopefully tomorrow they just take me off this shit and put me on just a solid diet.

Unfortunately most doctors will do little to put you on a solid diet. Unfortunately doctors know very little about nutrition.

  10. So the brake motivs are going to have to be removed. Too dusty and squeak. Any recommendations for replacements? Wouldn't mind doing OEM but they are way expensive. Is powerstop good? I really don't need/want drilled slotted, but that's what they seems to have.

  11. Had to give in and take my truck to the dealership. List price is $1k for a PCM. I was able to use my company discount and get it for $700. The whole deal is going to cost me $1100 to get back running
