    4 12'' Wall I did in a probe

I suggested double all the way around, but the guy didn't want it.

    4 12'' Wall I did in a probe

I fiber glassed the entire enclosure as well as L bracketed the sides.

    4 12'' Wall I did in a probe

I hate them. The wiring for the subs was ridiculous.

You can see the baffle better in this one

    4 12'' Wall I did in a probe

The enclosure is double baffled, but I didn't get a picture of the second one going in.

    4 12'' Wall I did in a probe

I can't get the images on here in full for some reason. Says I can't use image extension in this community? So here are some links to the pictures which are tiny and can't see the full image.
  9. If my math is correct, @ 13.5v idle, you would need 170 amps for 2250 watts rms. Not to mention the car's stock electrical.

    FI FLEXX

Two 12'' AA Mayhem's with BTL re cones, enclosure is 6 cu.ft. @ 30hz, two Sundown Saz 2500.1's strapped @2ohm, Mechman 270a H.O. alternator, All 0 gauge XS Flex, 2 XS S1200's in rear, yellow top under hood, 4 Crescendo PWX 6.5's, Kenwood four channel, and a couple of tweeters. My friend decided to make a little video with his new phone, it doesn't quite capture the full intensity of this thing.

    I really need sound dampening..

    FI FLEXX

It is very loud and gets down on the lows. I built it for sq firing subs and port into cabin sealed from the trunk. Most of the rattle sound is coming from the rear doors slapping.

  14. A good start to a fix would be to ensure your deck is well grounded, and all connections are secure. I will go out on a limb and say it is coming through the sub as well just not as audible as in the door speakers. Sounds like a grounding or interference issue to me. Perhaps someone here may chime in if they have an idea other than that.
  15. You said bass knob, is this to the amplifier, or the eq on the deck?
  16. Are the door speakers powered through the deck or an amplifier?
  17. Is this static or distortion? Is it just in the sub or other speakers too? Just doing it through the radio or other devices listed?

Single Cab F-150 Speaker Wall? Help

It doesn't look like you have enough space for a wall. Maybe think about another route to take. Perhaps separate wedge enclosures behind the seats could work well.

Never really cared for Alpine Type R series subs.

    Do vehicles have specific hz?

I have always tailored my tuning to my woofers T/S, not the resonant tuning of my cabin. What happens when you roll your windows down? What if you have more passengers? Surely it will change the cabin tuning, at least to my knowledge. Tuning your enclosure also depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Higher tuning, like your 40hz, are usually for SPL applications, as lower tuning is usually for SQ. That is how I have always understood things. Works out for me, but I could be wrong.
