    WDTV (gen 1)

From the album: 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe (LTD)

Installed my WDTV inside the middle console to keep out of sight. I am using an IRblaster to control the WDTV. I snaked it up from near the passenger foot area and it works great. USB powered so it just connects to the WDTV with no need for external power. Also wired direct to fuse box, 12v works fine.

    Nintendo Wii

From the album: 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe (LTD)

Nintendo Wii hidden underneath driver seat. The seat is pulled up to view, but in normal position the Wii is completely hidden. Got the black model to blend in more with the floor. Wired direct to fuse box, 12v works perfect. I used this web page to figure out the power cable - power and ground.

    9" Autotain DVD Headrest

From the album: 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe (LTD)

These are 9" Autotain DVD Headrest's, which I installed myself saving over $100...much easier than expected, and I wired to a fuse that works on/off with ignition. All wires are hidden so it looks factory installed! These are mainly to keep my 3 year old son occupied on long rides, and he loves em. These come with zip covers to keep hidden when not in use. They look great and much better in person. Mine are the "touch screen" model, but you can buy the older non-touch to save some money. Im sure you'd be happy with either. I have Beige interior, and these "Tan" headrest's are just a tad darker...but you would only tell if you really gave it any attention.

    View of the space

From the album: 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe (LTD)

One thing my wife said to me before buying a system..."you better have room to carry groceries!"...so I looked into shallow mounted subs and figured they would be sufficient. I am so glad I did, they hit hard and take up no space at all. Plenty of room to put things in the back!

    Subs and Amp

From the album: 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe (LTD)

two 12" Pioneer TS-SW3001s4 subwoofers and Hifonics GLX1000.1D amp. (750 rms @ 2 ohm) These shallow mounted subs take up almost zero space! and they sound great, you would be hard pressed to tell any difference between shallow mount and regular subs.

    another view.

From the album: 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe (LTD)

View of my downfiring subwoofer enclosure, accomplished two requirements...low profile to save space and still able to recline the rear seating as well as hiding the subs from any would be thieves looking in.

    Navigation system

From the album: 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe (LTD)

Some people do not prefer stock navigation units, but for me its perfect. I love the color scheme, the layout and overall performance. I really have no use for the navigation, I do have a Garmin if needed...but the overall look of it is very appealing to me. Only thing I would change, would be to add more eq parameters. High/Mid/Low...really? My interor lighting at night is blue LED which matches the navigation perfectly. (I cannot stand red interior led's such as with the KIA's)

From the album: 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe (LTD)

Im 33 years old, this is my first real "new" car...been driving a hand me down for the last 10 years...I absolutely love this Santa Fe, and it rides like a charm.
  12. Just had my Hifonics Gladiator GLX1000.1D amp installed with my two 12" Pioneer TS-SW3001 shallow mount subs installed. Only had it going for about an hour, but wow...I was hesitant about shallow mounted subs, but they kick ass. here are some pics of my system... http://s176.photobucket.com/albums/w184/crackinhedz/Car%20DVD%20Headrest/
