hahahaha, right!?! let the cat out of the bag! i need some more ssa products! -
awesome, I don't want a repeat of another time i got a design & cut sheet from a member and ended up having to buy another sheet because of a miscalculation.
-
pretty please? lol, someone reassure me!
-
lol, i'll get some videos of some country and rock and possibly some oldies too hahahaha. i only listen to rap for demo purposes only, or if i want to reminisce on the early 00's and late 90's rap/hip hop songs.
-
just with one in so far, it's ridiculous! i can't wait to put the second one in now.
-
I would agree with ^. Loved the Xcons, they don't fuck around for a SQ sub either. Nasty on the lows. Congrats! yes! i love the deep digging lows they put out. do it! what would you do? icons? xcons? zcons? just the stock 135amp alt, being 4wd you get a 135amp, regular 2wd's have 105amp i believe. lol, it's ported, a tiny ass port though, but damn.....it moves a TON of air!
-
can't wait to have both in there! i'd also like to add, these subs are by far one of the nicest sounding subs i've heard! i'm glad i finally was able to pick up some ssa products!

got the second one now, took some photo's....enjoy! -
yes sir! just waiting to build a box, already have the second sub as of wednesday! i updated my thread about a enclosure for the 2 of them, just hoping someone would help me double/triple check the cut sheet.

i would not hesitate to say it's about as loud as the single 18" btl thanks and yeah, i have 259k miles now! damn 4.6 won't give up! but when it does, i have a lightning engine i'm going to put in it. i don't know if i'll be able to make that, i think i'm going to go ride atv's that weekend, but if it falls through, i'll shoot you a text.

looks like i'm going to go with loudnlow's design that being said, would yall like to check my math and let me know from the information i gathered to make a cut sheet from the design he provided. (2) - 48" x 16" (top/bottom) (1) - 48" x 19" (back) (2) - 14 1/2" x 19" (sides) (2) - 21 7/8" x 19" (baffles) (2) - 14 7/16" x 19" (port back wall) (2) - 12 3/8" x 19" (port side wall)

nice numbers! -
awesome!

i was thinking about that at first, but downfiring just sounds bad to me, i'm just realizing how picky i am, hahahaha. pretty sure i'm going to end up choosing either firing up and forward
-
here is another member's design from another forum any thoughts?
-
yeah, i had my first box for the 18" a little over 6cubes @ 35hz and it was sub up and side firing port with a few inches from the port to the door. it was nice, sounded great, did a 144.x on music, but i had to build a new box, over the year or so i had it in that enclosure, it managed to slowly push my rear door outwards and from the outside, the door has a small lip extruding compared to the other side where the port was not at and it sits flush. so i don't really want to do a side firing again. probably just do sub/port firing the same way.
-
i still have the seat backing still on it, as it reduces a bit of road noise while driving, and the few designs some members have sent me, are sub and port up.
-
yeah, i want more space in the back portion of the truck back, like being able to recline. i use my truck for hauling stuff for work, and sometimes i have to use the inside of my truck to haul boxes if the weather is crap, so it would be nice to have more "space" available back there.
-
the seat is completely removed, just the back part is on the wall. i've had a 7cu ft box back there with my 18" for the longest time.
