Hi guys just wanted to introduce myself to the forum as I am new here. My name is Chris and live on Long Island and I am 25 years old and have been into car audio for about ten years now. I went to school for tech school for Automotve Aftermarket Accessories for 2 years when I was in 11th and 12 grade and became a Mobile Electronics Certified Professional Bronze Level. That has since expired and countless stereo systems later I now have 2 Alpine Type Rs 1242d 12s on a Hifonics Brutus 1200d Monoblock (at 1 ohm) in a box that is 2.25 cubic feet per chamber and tuned to 45 hertz (ported). I am running 1/0 gauge wire with a Kinetik HC1800 under the hood of a 2001 Ford Windsta…

Been out of the game for a while but still rocking with my 15" RE MT. I still see a lot of familiar faces on here! The last Caddy I had is RIP but I'm working with a 2008 Mitsu Outlander now, freshly plastidipped, recently scored a vintage 1971 Sears Kenmore sewing machine and lookin to get into upholstery soon.. Look forward to talking with you all again!

Hello all, I a member on some other car audio forums and see a lot of other people referencing or linking posts here, so I thought I would swing by and check it out. I had a '99 eclipse gsx that I just recently sold with 2 12'' alpine type-x and 2 x alpine 1kw amps. System sounded good for a car but now I'm looking to go big in my '02 GMC Envoy. I've always been with mainstream brands and prefab'd boxes so definitely getting excited to see what else there is out there. Those xcon's or zcon's are looking bad ass.

Hey guy's! As the title states I am new to the forum. This is my first post on any forum, so....be easy on me on this post and future posts lol. So just wanted to say wassup and glad I found SSA! I have been reading threads on every sight imaginable, just reading and learning about the do's and don'ts of car audio. Also, a ton about different brands and all that good stuff. Stumbled upon SSA and heard nothing but awesome reviews and personal experiences with the company as a whole. Again, glad I found them! After drooling over pictures of several SSA products for 2 years, I finally purchased my first ssa products. Just got 4 evil 6.5 mids and they look awesome! They aren'…

sup people another noob here from hawaii. I was looking for some temporary bass while my stereo integrity mg d2 is being reconed so I decided to try out SSA's 12" dcon. My old setup was a sundown 1500 and sundown 100.2 amps... cdt components...stereo integrity mag d2 sub. but sold my car....and got into the horsepower addiction with a trailblazer ss. now that I reached my goal of 600hp...i'm tired of just hearing my exhaust so slowing building a mild stereo setup. so i ordered me a 12" dcon and some hybrid audio components with a sundown 100.4 amp for now. heres my old ride...will post pics of new ride when i get everything installed

I must say, i have been to a few forums in that past week and this is by far my fav. Some how i ended up at Caraudio.com forum, well lets just say that forum is nothing but a bunch of flameing KIDS. Anyway i have been out of car audio for about 10 years and im trying to figure out what equipment is still hitting hard and whats new lol. Ok Im putting a system in a 07 Nissan Versa (small 4 door Hatch) and need some help. Im looking for a nice SQ system that can get a little loud also, I do not plan on any SPL competition. I need some recommendations on the list below that are undecided. Also any input on the equipment I already own. Are the Polks any good, Lanzars any goo…

Hey everyone, This i my first time making an account in any forum so my bad if anything isn't formatted correctly. My name is Robert but I go by Rich, I live in Central Florida. I've been into car audio for about 5 years now so I'm still pretty new. I've had two different sound setups, one was a Sundown x-12 on a Crescendo 1500.1 in a Ford Ranger the other was 4 sa-10s crammed into the ass end of a Grand Marquis on a Soundqubed 2200. Right now I'm driving a bone stock Camry and I'm still undecided on what kind of sound upgrades I'm going to do to it. I've lurked on a bunch of different car audio forums for years but figured I'd go ahead and make a…

Hi All! My name is Melissa Stephens with Iraggi Alternator and I just wanted to post a message to introduce myself. I started working with Iraggi in August 2015. I am the Director of Operations, CFO and CTO. I also handle all website building/maintenance, Facebook business page, customer emails/messages/complaints, accounting, quotes and so much more. I would love an opportunity to show anyone who may have heard or had a bad experience at one time to check us out o…

Hey, just popping in here. Been in the hobby for 3 decades now, usually I'm on CAF and occasionally I pop into DIYMA. I'm looking for input on the new SSA tweeters and I bet this would be a good place to start.
