I just purchased a FI Q15 for a sealed application in a 95 Lexus SC coupe. I'll be using the 'spare tire' location for the box and should be able to get at least 2.25 cubic feet of volume. The sub will be driven by a JL Audio HD750/1. This car is basically a show car with big power and I wanted to add some finishing touches to the sound system and I think the FI Q15 will give me what I want ( more sound quality than SPL ). Currently I have a Pioneer AVIC Z110BT headunit, JL Audio ZR650 components in the front, JL Audio C5 6.5 coax's in the back deck being driven by a JL Audio HD600/4. sup people another noob here from hawaii. I was looking for some temporary bass while my stereo integrity mg d2 is being reconed so I decided to try out SSA's 12" dcon. My old setup was a sundown 1500 and sundown 100.2 amps... cdt components...stereo integrity mag d2 sub. but sold my car....and got into the horsepower addiction with a trailblazer ss. now that I reached my goal of 600hp...i'm tired of just hearing my exhaust so slowing building a mild stereo setup. so i ordered me a 12" dcon and some hybrid audio components with a sundown 100.4 amp for now. heres my old ride...will post pics of new ride when i get everything installed

Hey all, new to the site but not to car audio or online forums. First off I'd like to say that I placed my first order from SSA for a Sundown SA-8 on Sunday it's Wed. and it just showed up! Thanks for the super fast shipping! I will hopefully be putting in an order for the second one soon. I plan on running two SA-8's on a Memphis MCD 16-1000 in a 2005 VW GTI. I have been dicking around with car audio since the early 1980s... currently, I have a 1992 Vette with an Alpine 7998 hu, JL Audio 500/5 amp, Canton RS3 front stage, JL Audio 10W3V2, no rear fill. Some of you may know me from the www.corvetteforum.com, where I am the keeper of the C4 (1984-1996 Corvettes) Audio FAQ and the mod of audio stuff over at www.domesticmisfits.com (feels like I am writing a resume!).
