Hey everyone. My names Luke. I'm from Sydney Australia. I'm 17 and I've been into car audio for about 3 years. My fave brands are Kicker, Focal and Fusion.

Hey all, Fairly new to car audio but I've been bitten by the deadly Audio Bug. I've got boxes of stuff to install, Massive Audio NX5 amp, Hertz components and coaxials, sound deadening gear, etc. I live in the Pacific NorthWet, near Seattle, WA and own a 07 Hyundai Sonata Limited. I'm glad I found this forum. I've been lurking but decided to jump right in.

Hey guys whats up, Names Jaime and i stranded myself over here from caraudio.com! Been into the whole car audio seen since i was a newb in high school about 8 years ago. I Recently placed an order for a Icon 10" D1 and can not wait for it to be delivered! This sub will be part of a new build i will be doing in my DD (audi A6) so far i have all the wiring needed from knukonceptz and the order for this sub, still need a new HU, and amp to power this bad boy up, and some decent 6.5 comps with a matching amp as well. Hi guys, i am fairly new to this so all/any help would be useful. i have a Optima 55 battery and the problem is that everytime i really test my car on Termlab the battery starts to clip/cutoff. The voltage drops from 14.4V to 11.8V. What can be causing this problem. My car runs on the IASCA format and does a 150.5dB in the Rookie Int. Class. the car clips at 150.5. I am really eager to know what this could be. Looking forward to your help guys. Thanks.

Hi, Folks. I just registered with forum and I'm searching for help finding a touchscreen remote for a Kenwood Kos v1000 a/v controller. Any touch screen remote monitor would work, but kos l432 would be perfect. Thanks in advance

ok so basically I bought an amp and sub and box for $650 with tax from the local car audio shop. The prices were the same as cructchfield for the amp and sub. The problem is the "universal" ported box they gave me for $50. I did a lot of research and it turns out the box needs to be specifically built for the sub or it can damage it and not hit hard enough. The sub hits pretty hard as is but it definitely doesn't feel like it's getting it's potential My sub is a JL 12w3v3-4 and the amp is an RF P500-2 My main question is: Should I take the universal box back and get a $50 credit towards the custom box (which will probably be marked up a ton) or cut my losses, try to sell …

Hey guys, new guy here from Mid MO. I have always enjoyed car audio, and look forward to learning more. I have a 03 Lexus GS300, I am about halfway through a budget build. I use my car for long trips for work and having good overall sound and being able to go loud and with not terrible quality is my goal. Thought I would introduce myself. My name is Jay, and I was sent here from FitFreak.net to look for good subs that won't take up too much of our limited cargo space. Looking to go with dual 10" subs, I have Kicker RS components installed already in all four doors and a cheapo JVC head for now until my Eclipse double-DIN Bluetooth Nav comes in. Here are some pics. And here is the Sonapower box I was going to go with, and it was going to have dual RE Audio SE12D4 subs, but that is changing now that I see the SSA subs.
