Newbie Sign IN

Hey guys, I am looking for ideas/knowledge on setting a IB setup in my cruze. I have not purchased any subs yet. I do not want a box, do not want to break windows. Just want a nice solid punch. I am thinking going to a IB setup so I still have my trunk but not sure where to go for this. Against the seat's or maybe rear deck? Any idea's? Any of you guys have worked on a cruze? I have a zed audio 600 watt mono I would like to use to save money on this build. The rear deck had to empty holes in it (6x9) Not sure if I have room to enlarge the holes to put 8's. Need to measure. thanks!

Signing in. Newbie got out of car audio 7 or so years ago, built it, liked it, left it alone, but they keep pulling me back! New car. New audio. Sony CDX MP70 - I love it! I have a 2003 chevy avalanche. new to forums but not to SSA. I have 2 12in icons currently. but I'm planning on changing my whole system around. originally I planed for more sq. but it's just not loud enough for me. sooooo I'm still in the planning stage. but I've almost got it figured out.

I have been in car audio for 6-7 years and have had at least 15-16 sytems. My current system is 3 RL-I10's in a custom built box powered by a alpine pdx 1.1000. I also have a pdx 4.100 for my mids and highs. I am glad to be here. But i have some sad news...i was laid off in mid november and i might have to start parting out my system to keep paying my bills. I will be posting pics of my system soon Matt

I am from Minnesota and in January moving to Phoenix area to go to school at MMI. I have a 10 type r at the moment and the icon 10 i on its way to me as we speak. It is going into an 02 Trans Am WS6. I have a rockford p500.2 powering my alpin typ r componnt set and a rockford p1000bd powering the type r 10. I have a new box on its way to me also, it is 1.25ft^3 with dual ports. Well, the name is George. Car is a 1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. The car has been with me for more than 10 yrs now and not much has been done. My audio has always come from Wal-Mart via Pioneer, Sony, Visionik, even Roadmaster. My first best subs were some JL 12w0's in a prowedge box that took me all summer to save for and I had to drive to Atlanta, Ga to get them. OI thought I was doing something. Then a guy from Montgomery had two Cerwin Vega Stroker 15"s in a Ford Explorer. We're a little slower here in lower Alabama for car audio.
