Well, despite my reluctance to join another forum, my brother supa_c spends hours on here, so i figured it had to be better than caraudio.com's forum. I probably wont be posting nearly as much as he does, since I'm usually working or busy tinkering my own website at http://blacktee.net anyways, i like the emoticons, so thats a good start....

I am here to hopefully hone some of my abilities and give a little info also. I have decided that instead of pulling a 4chan and lurking for ever, I would join in on the conversation. Especially because i plan on getting a nice system before too long. Been around for a while. Worked at a shop back in the 90's or ~4 years. Love to do shade tree installs in my car now. Just dropping in.

I am a bit lost with the SEARCH tool here. There are tips and tricks that I feel I am missing because my searches return incorrect matches. ie. big + tree or big AND tree or "big tree" I don't find relevant matches for 2 or 3 word searches.

hey im new to the bass world.. just wanted to say hello have a question for you guys.. what subs would be good to run with a soundstream rubicon 2500 at 1 ohm.. i was thinking of running 2 15 inch fi Q,s but the sales people told me the subs would prob blow out becuase of the power of the amp.. I have a dual 2.31 cubic feet box per box. sealed.. i was wondering what other subs are my options bedsides the fi q in sealed box. thanks guys

I am back as I had originally bought a Sundown 100.4 on the very first run for my RSX which I had hooked up to DLS components. I really thought I had made an account here back then. Well I then, sold the RSX. I then put an Audison amp, focal components and focal subs in my next car, a 1995 Porsche 993. That car was stolen over the summer. So now I am back to looking at putting some left over parts that I hadn't sold into my current S2000. Now to look through some builds to see the cool stuff people are currently building.

Hey all, Name's Alex. I have read alot of threads through this forum and finally decided to sign up. I am new to car audio in general but am learning. I plan on going to college for a degree in mechanical engineering and going into a profession in acoustical engineering.
