well would like to say im now a new member to this site and loving it so far... alittle about me im from lacey washington and getting into this audio scene i got a 2001 4runner and was looking to do a 10 inch sub with about 1000watts thinking about sundown, dd, or even dc sub for amps im leaning more towards sundown but idk yet i got a new born so funds are gonna be spent wisely lol. well hope i find eveything i need on here laters

Hello everyone. I have a 91 CRX that I am installing a new system into and was hoping to get a little guidance especially in choosing a sub/box and amp. I have everything else picked out. I am in teh process of installing an Eclipse 8454, a set of Rainbow soundline 6.5 comps, rainbow soundline coaxes for fill to be run off the HU. The front comps will have about 100 w/ch from a ED NINe.2 (had a monitor 70w /ch that lasted a few hours). I've installed two layers of edead deadening on the doors. I'm working on getting this al in and it is going slowly because I want to install it right. Now for the rest of it. I need some a sub(s), amp and enclosure. I have pretty much de…

New to the forum here is a run down of the truck. Clarion- NZ500 matching EQ, 4 sets of 6X9 componets in the front doors, A-pilla pods have 5.25 componet, titanium tweets in the stock location on the dash, power by 2 Aq 90X4... For BASS 6 AQ 10's power ed by AQ 2/3500D. XS power alt 270/360/ Bat 2/D3100 / 1 D 6500 under the hood. My camera is broken can take any pic. hey guys, another new Michigander here. i'm from Metro Detroit and very into cars and car audio. i have a 2004 Chevy Blazer 2 door with a full JL Audio system right now(i know its expensive as heck but i bought it all on sale) and not fully happy with it so i look forward to learning and seeing what else i can do to be able to compete in local competitions and such.

New guy here. Looking for help on a potential audio setup for my 2010 Dodge Charger. I'm looking to get 2 12" subs, amp, and enclosure first. ( <<<looking to spend about $800. is that feasible?) Then looking to get an aftermarket head unit down the line. I honestly have no idea about car audio so I need some suggestions. I want something that sounds good but hits hard. I mostly listen to hip/hop n rap so I like bass but not to the point that's all I hear. Any suggestions or opinions would be great. I know you guys probably get these questions all the time (sorry) but I figured I'd ask people who know something about car audio. Thanks, Blunt

Hello everyone! glad to be here im 33 used to get in alot of trouble changed my life around 3 years ago.. just got my licence back after 8 years and just got back into car audio.. i love this stuff!! keeps me busy and my mind of things.. i wasted alot of money in the best months on cheap ishhh.. im starting a new system now,.. in october my new subs will come so i have a few months to get things ready! i just got two new sundownsa 10's 2 months ago but thats not enough.. lol so im in the process of selling my current setup to start fresh.. so we will see where this new setup will take me!! thanks guys!

had systems in the past but didnt ever really go in depth with them just got what ever the guy at the audio shop told me would be best but now starting to try and get into it and learn installs and box building/ tuning myself and stuff and eventually want to compete once i get my system how i want it and at a point i think i have a chance lol

hey sup guys and gals. Just wanted to drop in and join your forums and hope for a good community feedback and learn a few things. Im an audio enthusiast, but have been out of it for the last 5 years... (no car) I've been out of the loop with what good sound quality is as well as new developed subwoofer. So I recently bought an is300 and trying to work on buying pieces to fit the car sound system. So far, on hand i have is the Cadence iA4 for my components. Im still shopping around but not in a rush to get everything at once. So, for now, I'll stick around and learn of a few new things to come
