Hi y'all, this is actually my second post because I replied to the "How did you find SSA" thread first lol. I joined for education. I can't honestly say that it won't be only for the short tem, as I only have one vehicle to work with (my other vehicle is a new GM and apparently they're damn near impossible to upgrade). Anyways, I'll have some dumb questions, so apologies in advance!

The Lord of the Double Flare, Thumpper led me through the woods of deception, and to the promissed land of SSA. I hope to be tossing the my first pair into my install very soon. What's up SSA? Name's Ken. Been snooping around SSA for a while and decided to sign up. To my surprise, I had already signed up back in October. Must have forgotten about it. Anyways, SSA seems like a cool place as compared to others. Might see me post around here some more. You can catch me on other forums like ****, CA.COM, SMD, D4S, DSBP, etc., under this same user name, k3n12ock.

Sean (///M5) pointed me over here from fullsizechevy.com. I keep coming back here just to see his sig! Just some background info if anyone is interested... I've got a '99 Tahoe (4-door 4wd) and a '96 2wd Chevy reg cab pickup. I'm planning on drops for both and new "systems" for both. I've gotten into the DIY lines of speakers, and have became a Parts Express junkie. I'm a computer programmer by profession, and have an actual cabinet shop in my front yard, so I piddle around there most nights, making MDF rings and all types of other "things" for cars, boats, and trucks... Nothing major, but just a hobby. The Tahoe should hopefully be getting a computer installed this…

Purchased my SA-15, sax-1200d and 100.4 a few months ago, just starting to install everything now and as I'm in the design process for the sub box and amp racks, have a few questions for the box design. I'll be fiberglassing an enclosure into the spare tire well of my rsx, and would like to make it a sealed enclosure for the sake of making my life easy since it will be my first build. Where the hell is the search function on this forum btw?
