New here from Houston, TX. Came on to ask a couple of questions about FI AUDIO before purchasing a BL 15". I've read a bit on this forum and you guys seem nice. I'm going to take a browse around now .

Just doin my intro.. read alot on my breaks at work.. keep getn pulled to this site to correct my so call audio install and setups.. great site ..from what I gather great group of audio enthusiast..my vehicle is in my sig.. running 3. Sa 10s dual 2ohm into a foxbox for my quad cab. .and a custom universal for center sub all around 1.2 cub space per sub. Off a lowend bamf 2000 amp. Come here to read up on the site subs and amp..before my true man up decision to purchase a bigger beefy amp...thanks for all the great info and ideas..

Hello- I'm repairing an old Cadence A6000+ (zed audio amp) that has a few zed audio labeled components on it. The output transistors are toast on one channel, but i'm afraid the fet driver is also hosed- which appears to be a zed audio part. The are labled 'MOSAMP3 Zed Audio 9645' and 'MOSAMP4 Zed Audio 9645' See pics attatched. I came here searching to find Steve Mantz' contact info to ask him, but haven't had luck with searchingj for contact info or for a user-- must be using wrong terms. Any help appreciated.

Hello everyone I am new here coming over from ****. I drive a 99 ram 1500 which has had five different audio setups, I am currently working on my biggest build yet consisting of a center console build housing two FI Q10 d2 with everything but high QTS, Front stage is Image Dynamics 6.5" component, and rears are Image dynamics 5" coaxial all with .5 mdf baffles. Headunit is a new alpine cde with the tuneit option, amps are going to be a soundstream reference 4.760 for front and rear stage, and the subs will be powered by strapped soundstream rubicon 1.1600d ported using a 4" dimpled precision port. The electrical will consist of two XS D3400 with two runs of excellence …

Hey guys what's up...so I'm new to all this car audio forum stuff and am trying to fumble f__k my way through this post....so here it is...I am old school and have all old school shit....I'm looking at powering this beast of a system.....I have all of this in an 04 toyota tundra access cab limited.....basically I have around 20k of power needs....I'm running 2 DVC 10's by cerwin vega...2 DVC 12's by cerwin vega...3 different cerwin 6.5 component systems...head unit is 10.6 inch touchscreen with every bell and whistle imaginable....for power I'm old school also with a lanzar 8k velocity amp..(2 channel) for the 10's...a lanzar 2.5k velocity amp...(4 channel) for components…

Currently i have a 2000 Impala with a set of PWX 6.5s in the doors ran by a MB Quart 100.4 I had a 10' ICON D1 till i messed it up. it was ran by a BD1500. I have knu 0 guage ran from the batt to the trunk and then 4 gauge audio technix for the amps. Have the doors deaden with 60mil from AT and a bit on the trunk. Current plans are swapping out the PWX for some RF pro mids. I have some vifa tweets i want to add on as well. As far as the ICON i am not sure what i can do with it. I have been looking around on here for a few weeks. All I have to say is a lot of you have some really good set-ups! Can't wait to upgrade my system, its in the process. I have an '02 Yukon, Ohio 400 amp alt., 3 batts,0 gauge wires, ap3001d amplifier,Diamond Audio D6 components powered by an Autotek 900,and A Kenwood KDC-mp745u Head Unit, and I am shopping for an 18" woofer, and am doing the Big 3. Hi all,not new to car audio,been into it for over 20 years. The family came along and u know that ment car audio on the downlo. Now the kids are grown and out of the house so back in i want to go.i have a 1999 jeep grand cherokee limited and would like any help u can give me on setting up a good front sound stage. Volume is nice but looking more for SQ,looking at polk audio speakers,but open to other ideas,want to go with 2 12inch subs in a sealed box . Ps the complete stock speakers,amp and head unit have to go!lol
