Hey guys, I've made a couple of posts here regarding my order and some questions. Loving the SSA forums so far, it's been a great experience. Not to mention the excellent service I've gotten from SSA. MAde my first purchase of the Sundown X12 and recently switched my order to a Zv4. The great Customer service will make me a regular around here starting with my MechMan alternator I'll be ordering in Sept. Anyways my names Dylan and I live in BC. Some of my hobbies are car audio, snowmobiling, dirt biking, and netflix. Thanks eh, Dylan

Hey guys, been lurking around here, but haven't been signed up or posting here. Actually just finished up my first build ever and had Robin (Iamamp3pimp from BHE) build my box up for me. It's a 4th order blow through the rear deck. It's currently running on 2x Skar VVX12s on a Hifonics 1606D @ 1 ohm. Looking to get 2 Xcons to pair up with the Crescendo 3KWP I have thats currently getting repaired.

Ive been in audio for longer than I care to admit. I recently decide to upgrade starting with a ssa Icon 12 d2. I currently have an older hifonics bx1500 running it but I dont like that amp much. its sloppy and doesnt put out much power. I used to run rockfords and lower powered subs, back in the day when a 700watt amp was big power. Anyway I am looking for recommendations on a good amp to pair with this sub, but of course wont break the bank in the process. 1500w to 2000w is what Im thinking for power. This sub is replacing a 12" infinity perfect if that tells you how long its been since I seriously researched my purchases. the dyno tests are nice but they tell…

Hey guys. Finally decided to post somethin so I just registered, which i guess makes me a newby? Anyway, I am definitely enjoying my RL-P 15. It is currently in a simple 2cuft box running off a SoundStream Reference 500sx. I will be switching cars soon which explains the simple box. This sub gets good and loud and I haven't even done any tuning or messing around w location. The quickness is incredible. My front stage consists of CDT EF-51 components and dayton 8's for midbass. Both run off SoundStream REF 604 which may soon be replaced by a Monitor 4channel. About myself... Have been studying mechanical engineering at University of Florida for 3yrs now. Been into car aud…

Hey guys. I'm Dane. Was told by swagger_wagon468 to join here. Met him a couple weeks ago and we got to talking about my rig. I'm pretty new into the SPL world, and audio in general, so I'm not the smartest on the subject, but everyone has to start somewhere right? My first system was a cool concept. The box was built inside of the back seat. Sealed, had like .75 cubic ft of space. Was a Pioneer shallow mount 10". Blew that in a week. Went to a Memphis shallow mount 12", blew 7 of those and Memphis told me they wouldn't warranty them anymore. Then I went to a JL Audio 13tw5. Was a great speaker, I just wanted more, and the Kicker ZX750.1 was pushing the limits of that sub…
