Hey all, Name's Alex. I have read alot of threads through this forum and finally decided to sign up. I am new to car audio in general but am learning. I plan on going to college for a degree in mechanical engineering and going into a profession in acoustical engineering. At the moment im sitting with my 2000 mercury sable equipped with a Kenwood KDC-MP538U HU running an Alipne MRP-M500 powering two SWS-1023D subs. Whats going on? Im looking to buy some Fi subs so i thought i would register.. currently i have a clarion duz385sat head unit; a 300 watt jbl amp, a 1000 watt crunch amp, and a 2000 watt volfenhag amp; 2 selenium horns; 2 selenium 6" door speakers; and 2 15'' kicker cvr's.. but i hate my cvr's! anyways, nice to meet you all!!

I was into car audio in high school and for a few years after, but got out of it about 5 years ago. Somehow I came across ***** *****'s videos on Youtube and got bit by the bug once again. Looking to build a small system for a 2000 Dodge Dakota Ext. Cab since I've only got one payment left on it (yes!). I guess im a Dub head i listen to alot of Crystal meth Not really in to doing anything elese more then listing to it I like alot of heavy bass music like Datsik dubstep type music. I also listen to alot of detroit underground rap. In to Metal aswell and pretty much anything elese. even Listen to a small amount of country when my Girl is in the ride.
