Newbie Sign IN

Hey guys. Finally decided to post somethin so I just registered, which i guess makes me a newby? Anyway, I am definitely enjoying my RL-P 15. It is currently in a simple 2cuft box running off a SoundStream Reference 500sx. I will be switching cars soon which explains the simple box. This sub gets good and loud and I haven't even done any tuning or messing around w location. The quickness is incredible. My front stage consists of CDT EF-51 components and dayton 8's for midbass. New guy here. Looking for help on a potential audio setup for my 2010 Dodge Charger. I'm looking to get 2 12" subs, amp, and enclosure first. ( <<<looking to spend about $800. is that feasible?) Then looking to get an aftermarket head unit down the line. I honestly have no idea about car audio so I need some suggestions. I want something that sounds good but hits hard. I mostly listen to hip/hop n rap so I like bass but not to the point that's all I hear. Any suggestions or opinions would be great. I know you guys probably get these questions all the time (sorry) but I figured I'd ask people who know something about car audio. Thanks, Blunt

Hey guys I'm new here and found this site via many recommendations of SSA subs. I currently have a single eD 11Ov.2 being powered by an Alpine MRP-M500 in a 1965 Mustang. I learn more and more everyday that a 44 year old car is just not mean to handle a system (even a small one) and that is why I feel like I am constantly upgrading stuff lol

I have been a long time audio enthusiast but always went with the prepackaged systems. Did lots of research a few years ago and finally designed my own system. Now looking for some upgrades and was hoping to take advantage of some of the expertise available on these forums. Thanks

Hey guys iv been looking around at new subs and I here ssa audio holds it down.. im just surfing around looking at box builds for my pair of dcon 12s i just bought to put in my 2002 ford focus hatchback. Iv seen a lot of videos on these product and i haven't came across any down fall. joined this forum to learn more knowledge on the subject and meet cool people who are interested in same thing i am.. hope to here from some of you down the road.

i believe i have posted a couple times on here but im just now becoming a member really. i am usually over at CA.com and i cant hardly stand the bickering anymore. for those of you who are wanting to know my current setup, its a single alpine type r 1242 on an ed nine.1 for now. soon to go to two of the subs. just a small sealed box as its temporary for now. im looking to buy a little small system for my brother to have for christmas, it will be glassed and all so if you guys would help with that as well, it would be very much appreciated. maybe 2 CVR 10's on a small profile amp??? Well hello im matthew and im new too this forum and not new to car audio. First of all im working on getting a car then il work on either a 15 inch subwoofer or an 18 or just cheap 3 or 4 15's if i feel crazy enough. i currently own a 9500 mtx 15 inch subwoofer super loud very violent but thats only off a simple 4 channel amp that is a classic puts out power and its all power from four power supplys. Also trying to get a monoblock or class D amplifier to power my mtx for temp till i get something better and im looking at buying one or two Incriminator or fi or DC subs cant make up my mind and its very difficult!
