Well maybe not a new guy but new to Sundown Audio.... I guess I will see you all at SBN!

What’s everyone’s experiences? Had numerous small systems but always in older cars. Seen a few posts online from random people and responses are over the place. Some are like its voids all electrical, or just the audio on the car, or the audio and if the dealer says it affected another circuit or system. Just wanting experienced audio enthusiast opinions/ experiences. It’s a 2017 Camry. Wanting to either transfer my existing stuff in( 2 JL12wo in a slot ported wedge box, jl 500.1 and the big3) or upgrade to something bigger. Pair of sa12’s on a 1500.1. Thanks for any info, it’s my first car with a warranty, lol

Hey I just signed up since I just bought a 12" Q yesterday. I look forward to getting it in and seeing how it sounds in my blazer. I usually am more of a lurker but still occasionally post up with questions and answers. Nice site you have here.

This account got deleted some how....assuming when the site got moved the other day my account got deleted. but oh well. . I've had an Fi Q15 for a few months and love it. I'm running it off a Hifonics bx1605d (not the best, but gets the job done for now). I've got the q in 3.5 cubes at 32hz.

Newbie Bernard Here, I'm pretty green to this world. I do face a few challenges with my current tin can of a car (old Samurai) - VIBRATION and I mean from the road not the music/speakers. Is this common among jeep owners? This challenge and a few other things interest me and I look forward to learning from the board. Thanks! B

Current setup 2 AQ HD310's Atomic 5K Kinetik 2400 and Yellow Top underhood 220 amp alt 149.2 best to date at my St Judes Charity Event Last Month How are everyone doing today? I'm looking for trunk input! Also, any trunk people in NY doing better on as TL Sealed on the dash?

Hi, I'm a new member from Buckeye country aka OH...IO :-) I got re-involved in car audio once my son started driving a year ago. My last foray into car audio was back in the late 70s/early 80s so I have had to learn alot of new things. We have put an audio system in his 3000GT consisting of Pioneer 4900 hu, Rainbow coax in front, Polk 6x9 3 ways in rear (his choice as he wanted 'surround sound' but i tried to persuade him otherwise-)), and 2 12 type Rs currently in a sealed box. Going to build a ported box for them soon. Front/rear stage amp is Precision Power A1200/4, sub amp is Power Acoustik OV1-4000D, all wired via 1/0. I look forward to being a member here.

Been reading (lurking)for almost a year but searches dont answer EVERY question right! I love in houston and work in midland so needles to say my system takes a beating for about 7 hours strait! I am Slowly making the transtion from JL W7's and trying other things right now. Currently just trashed my first SSD 10" so im on the prowl! yall take care, -Marcus

Hello all. I'm not new to this board, I think I registered like 3 years ago, but haven't visited since August 2007 says my last login thingie. I just feel the need to pick a new online community since my "first love" of soundillusions.net/carstereos.org is down again. And so is forceaudio.com, though that one has never gotten much attention and only a very small core group. My reason for picking this board was highlighted by the fact that it was home to Stereo Integrity, but now I see they're moving to their own place. doh. hi new here and it's been some years since i had a system. it will be the first time that i ordered from ssa. i ordered 2 x Sundown Audio SA-12 and did the pre-order on the Sundown Audio SAE-1200D. i hope all goes well.

Not new to car audio, am new to this site though. I'm on over at ROE and after reading up on alot of SSA products i'll be making my first purchase this next week. Thought i'd sign up and drop by to introduce myself. From Tampa, FL. Use to work at Sensuous Sounds here in town and another small shop in town. Got two rides, 08 Raider and 98 Mustang. Soon getting two 10" DCON's for the Raider, maybe a set of 10" ICON's later on for the stang.

Hi there, I am 17 and do know some about car audio, as I do mod cars. I currently owna 2000 cavalier. I have had 2 systems, and just not yet satisfied with either of them. I am looking for a subwoofer than can handle my Lanzar Vibe 1000 Watt Max amp. I was looking at a FI BL, but i am afraid of clipping. What about a JLW6, they are 400 RMS, right? so i risk blowing it with too much power. What do you recommend me for awesome bass, that i will be satisfied with, without breaking the bank. Thanks!

Hi everybody. After almost two years of following/searching the thread I've decided to start posting. I'm in Broken Arrow, OK and have been addicted to all things audio for as long as I can remember. Outside of mobile audio I build tube/valve amplifiers and hornloaded loudspeakers.
