Hi all, greetings from La Selva Beach CA! I have been into high end audio since my teens which was quite some time ago lol. I just purchased a Lexus GS 300 with the most God awful audio system imaginable so I am putting together a new system. I have chosen an Alpine CDE-175BT head unit, an old school A/D/S PQ 10 four channel amp, a pair of NOS A/D/S 300is panel speakers for the rear deck and a pair of 6.5 in JBL GTO 629 speakers for the front doors. I have not had anything installed yet and I am in the processs of locating a competent installer to do the work as the rear deck speakers will be a custom install due to there being no prior speakers ever installed there. Howdy, I'm used to the common generic message board formats. This one gives me brain damage. How does one post pictures directly from a hard drive? I don't have host site, and the URL links seem to indicate code errors when I add a link to reference a picture. I notice you can do it with a personal avatar. Hey all - I have been a member of this forum for quite a while now but this is my first actual post. I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to car audio as I've only done a few simple things such as head unit, amp, and sub installs in the most basic ways. I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 with a JVC KD-LH300 for the head unit. For sub and amp, I have a Massive Audio CW12 and a Massive Audio P1000.1 respectively.
