Hello, I'm new to this forum. Ordered 2 DC level 3 15's this week and I can't wait to receive them. I tried to build a small low power system in my Dodge Ram ( 2 twelves on a Memphis 1000D). but I can't take it any more. I NEED BASS IN MY LIFE! I'm planning on using the DC 2.0 for power ( after the alt and extra battery). I hope to learn from you guys on here. Thanks

I have little knowledge of the car audio world but have picked up a lot and still have a lot to learn. Currently i have 2 AQ 15's off a aq2200. i have all cadence mids and highs off a kicker 650.4 and a cadence 300.2. I am also now in process of a rebuild and will be switching out everything.I drive a 2007 ford escape. I have stock alt and yellow top with big 3 done.i have a singer h/o alt coming in and also have a xs power xp3000 coming.

New to this forum but been around for a while on others and in the audio hobby for 15 years . Look forward to the info !

Hey new to this forum. Been in car audio for about 15 years but just purchased my first Sundown product this week. (SAZ-2500) Been a Rockford only guy for years and it was time for a change. Seen this forum off the Sundown site so I'm sure it is full of knowledgeable people and good information. From KC Current build out in progress and almost done: 04 Tahoe 2 sets of 6.5 Punch Comps (kicks and doors) Lightning Audio 4-ch (searching for a Sundown 50.4) 2 T2 15's Box is in progress (Fiberglass shaped Top with Plexi Windows Tuned to 33hz) Sundown SAZ-2500 RockFoz 360.2

So I am not really "new" to forums I started out on a different forum and just got tired of all the B.S. over there and went looking for a more informative forum for my car audio needs. Said forum seemed to be more about talking shit about someones set up if they didn't have a certain brand of equipment and not enough helping each other out. Any ways not trying to rant just giving some of my forum exp. I have been watching this forum for awhile now and it seems to be a lot more informative so I am glad to be a new member thanks. Looks like I have to make my first few posts here..... Long time CA.com member here, been sick of that site and it's lack of moderators so I'm making the jump to over here. This site seems to be managed substantially better with a more conducive environment for learning. I've been into audio since the early 2000s, been designing and building boxes for the past 10yrs or so. My area of expertise so to speak is with subwoofer enclosures so that's where I mostly hang out.

Hi, I'm Mick, new to this forum, not to audio...was an installer for about 16 years. Done a bunch of huge installs, including all the show vehicles for the shop I was at. Been out of it a couple years, and just miss the scene....Actually came on here because I was looking for a new sub to play with for my daily driver...just pre-ordered a Sundown SA-8, really intrigued me. Anyways, hope to get involved in some discussions on here, really love to talk audio!

I kept coming across this forum while doing research trying to put together a setup for my truck. (turning out to be quite a trick due to space limitations under the back seat) From the short passages I read, it sounds like there are some on here that really know their stuff. My current system consists of: Eclipse 5423 HU CDT CL-62i/24 Comp set in front doors Orion XTR 375 SoundSplinter RL-i 10" Cadence Z1000 This is installed in my Dodge Ram 1500. It sounds excellent and wasn't too hard on the pocket boock either!

Hey all - I have been a member of this forum for quite a while now but this is my first actual post. I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to car audio as I've only done a few simple things such as head unit, amp, and sub installs in the most basic ways. I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 with a JVC KD-LH300 for the head unit. For sub and amp, I have a Massive Audio CW12 and a Massive Audio P1000.1 respectively. The sub is housed in a JL Audio stealth box (came with the truck when I bought it). I just deadened some key areas with RAAMmat which I will be posting pictures of that build shortly.
