whats up fellow bassheads.I'm getting ready to start my build here in the next couple months.I was goin with two 18'' fi btl but i'm gonna switch up and go with 2 15'' fi sp4's on a cresendo bc5500d.I have already done the big 3 upgrade,getting ready to purchase a mechman 270 amp alt.and 2 xs power 3100 one under hood other one in back.i'm not sure who to buy power wire and grounds from any suggestions,and also i need a good enclosure program any suggestions there as well? thanks guys.

I'm Scott, out of Atlanta Georgia. I'm a up and coming/learning installer. Currently at Fry's Electronics. I've been learning on my own, making every mistake in the books since I was 15 and my buddy got his first car. I'm now only 19, and 3 months into being a working installer. So far worked on some really cool cars, done some pretty cool installs. Just a few pics of my favorite installs so far. I'm more of an SQ guy but I'm getting into SPL. Something about seeing metal flex like rubber puts a smile on my face. I look forward to learning a lot here, I can tell there is already a lot for me to read through and that this is an exceptionally knowledgeable forum!

Just found this site due to a search containing ESX Amps made by Zed Audio.

Just figured id introduce myself. Im John. Im 17 years old. I have a 2003 civic si. I have a bunch of stuff done to it but my audio upgrades right now are a Jensen VM9512, infinity kappa 6 1/2s, Kicker 15" L708 and a 1200watt rms hifonics amp. Im upgrading to a pioneer F90BT this weekend and a 12" Fi BL soon. I will post pics. Just figured id introduce myself. Anyone else on here from jersey?

I was searching another car audio site and came across a name i havent heard in a while. So i found the FI website and that lead me here. Ive been reading about some of the FI woofers as well. Just wanted to say hi to all. I just pulled the trigger on a refurb saz1500 on ebay for 400. Been looking at the amp for over a year now( I take a long time to make money decisions!). It will replace my audiobahn a3201t running at 840 rms @4 ohms. Actually a very good amp, it pushed my 4 sealed mtx thunder 5500 10's to 140.7. I'll be moving th AB to my front stage, and freeing up my 6 channel for other duties .

What's going on. Came across this site and it seems real chill. Been out of car audio for a little while now. Trying to get any type of suggestions for sub, components, and mids/highs amp. I already have a Diamond Audio D5 1200.1, and really only want one sub. Not trying to blow everyone away, more into the SQ aspect, but every once in a while will turn it up and pound. Hi all, new to the site. Just got interested in car audio so my wife and I could listen to our mp3 players during our daily commute. Now I'm hooked and I'm in the process of building a decent system for my car. So far I've got a JCV-KDS100 headunit (a little underwhelmed with that now) and some Phoenix Gold RSD65cs components up front (very impressed with those). Currently in the process of buying an amp for the front stage, then maybe something for rear fill...and if I can hide it from my wife...perhaps a subwoofer in the near future. Great to be here, I've already learned a ton before even posting this.

I drive a 96 accord sedan, its basically just a beater until I get out of college in a year and buy something nice. I'm looking to put a new headunit, and a sub in it. Currently it is all stock. So I'm looking for recommendations on a basic headunit (under 200? is that realistic?) that can just play cds and also an ipod. I've been looking at subs and amps also, in particular the FI Q 10 or 12. What amp would you guys recommend with these subs?
