Ok well I guess I will tell ya a lil about what I have and plan on getting. I have a 99' 4-door blazer HU - kdc-x990 components - Polk MMC6500 amp for components - Alpine PDX-2.150(spose to be here 6/13) And as far as the substage i will be able to order it within the next month. Sub - FI.Q 12 sealed Amp - Alpine PDX-1.1000 So thats about it tell me what ya think or whatever, c ya.

Hello all! ive been watching the fourums and learning from all the great info. I have allways had some sort of beats in my trunk for as long as I have been able to drive (going as far as shoving my old house speakers in the trunk of my moms car when i borrowed it) and have allways just "thrown" whatever equipment i could find in the trunk for some bass (was hooked on Bass after i heard Too $hort-Cusswords and some Nemisis-Munchies for my Bass on my friends system back in the days!!!), never considered the all so many things that go into a system, box size/type, amp, electrical and wire...its amazing to think back on the damage if done to some equipment Ive owned in the pa…

I have an 18" Avalanche that i bought about 1.5 yrs ago. Was wondering how much it would cost to get it reconed. Had it in a 13cu.ft box tuned to 30hz with 1200RMS and i loved it, but i assume it took all it could and is now making a scratching sound when i turn it up.

I'm lookin for a new sub stage, and being that this is the official Fi forum, it seems I came to the right place to read up and learn. Right now my system is pretty much complete minus the sub Pioneer 880PRS Next Audio VRz4.400 Peerless HDS Nomex 7" mids LPG 26na Linear Power 2.2hv Right now, I'll hopefully be able to get an 05 xxx 15 from Shawn if all works out, or my other choice is the Fi Q 12". I'm looking for strictly sound quality before anything, either will be run off my 2.2HV which is anywhere from 1k to 1.5k watts of clean power. I'm just hoping…
