Mark and I did some changes to the forum, ~~~ we added the google adsence banner at the top which will hopfully direct more people to the forum via the Google searches ~~~ we cleaned up the links on the main page (Main Page) ~~~ the team link goes straight to the Team forum ~~~ i wrote a new welcome paragraph that mentions SI, SS, and PB ~~~ i cleaned up the server a little and got rid of old images that we were not using, or had not used in months ~~~ nick was kind enough to hook us up with a few more emoticons, so I just uploaded them to the folder, I will post a new topic in the emitocons topic hope you guys like it, just trying to keep SSA the place to be and runnin…

This new addition at the bottom of the screen is awesome and i also noticed it has the ability to send files to friends in your list. Well, i tried to send a file to someone a week ago and it just sat there forever doing nothing. I don't know if any of you have any insight on this feature but would like to know really how it works to see if it's beneficial to even use or if i need to just host files i need to send.

Not sure if this has been brought up before... While frequenting the F/S section almost daily, I get confused at some things. 1. How come the idea to have it broken down into sub topics is not in place? Example: Amplifiers - threads for amps, amp accessories and wiring Subwoofers - subs, cones, motors, and enclosures Receivers/processors - double din, DVD, navigation, mp3, USB cd players, equilizers and crossovers Speakers - coaxials, component sets, mid bass, tweeters 2. Why isn't there a way the seller can mark the thread as closed or all goods closed? I can't tell you how many times I've gone into a thread thinking the items were still available only to read all the …

At the request of a member, I've installed this mod. And it is awesome. Above and beyond what Vbulletin's thread hover does. Check out the screen shot of it. **this mod doesn't work in recent topics on the top of the board, you have to enter a forum section for it to work. Irronically this mod doesn't work in the annoucement section. hmm??

It's about that time again. Forum upgrade time. Been putting this one off for a while since it's our largest forum and a big job. I plan on doing this tonight! Going to try and do it late in the night so most of you won't even notice. Some great features will appear in the AM :woo: http://www.invisionpower.com/products/board/

I have noticed, as well as a few people have messaged me about it, abuse of the rep system. It is just a simple forum feature for people to have a little reaction to a singular post based on the content of that post, be it positive if it is a beneficial post or if you really like the content, or negative if it is detrimental or you really don't like the content. Not something to have a personal vendetta against another user to down vote every post of theirs. Personally, I feel it is ok to have both the positive and negative if the system is not going to abused. But, if it is going to continue to be abused, I will turn off the negative option and we can move to be…

The upgrade isn't just a maintenance release, it's a major software upgrade. http://www.caraudio-forum.com is currently running it, go on over there and check it out for your selves. Thanks for your understanding.

Let me know what you need designed. Often times I'm very lazy and it might take a few days but its free . I already a good 50 on my comp and I will be glad to make another one for you. I make them in PS and give you a list of all the cuts you need to make. So if you want one send me an e-mail to [email protected] with the max sizes, the sub, the power, the car, and anything else I should know. Thanks! PS: I can make them for you also but they are really not that hard to make once you get plans. A place like home depot will cut the wood for free and all you need is glue and screws from there. Also you can pay me if you wish lol B)

Since the Gear Graphx wasn't such a hit and we had way to much going on, and the addition of two more sub lines coming very soon....we decided to make things much cleaner around here. Here's the new page you'll see upon entering http://www.SoundSolutionsAudio.com There could very well be some bugs, typo's what not, I just built this whole site in two days. So if you find something please point it out. I am still working on it though for the most part. Hope you all like.

Hey guys, Just letting yall know about the 3rd annual car show and soundoff, GatorDrag 2006. Last year it was pretty huge and we had a good time all day and night. They had a lot of cars at the show, and probably around 20 competing. This year it will probably be bigger. The website is www.gatordrag.comwww.gatordrag.com . Team S.P.E.A.D. from Baton Rouge will be there along with a few others. Try to make it out there because there is usually a lot of awesome cars to see.

hey. I just sent a quick e-mail to adire about this, but I really think these site would start to take off quick if we could get a few more manufacturers like SI to have there online forum here. What do you all think? I've talked to (the other) Aaron about this a little and he seemed to be down, but I'm not sure the best ways to go about doing it. Anyone have input on this?
