Even though I have been in this industry for nearly 12 years I am a competition NOOB!!! I'd like to see some type of competition section. I easily view this site twice an hour daily! However I find myself going to other sites to find info on comp rules, ect. I'm sure it would be very beneficial to a lot of people here. Maybe Mark and Aaron could even get with the owners of the leagues and get them to set up league sections here to help inspiring competitors. I'm sure it would help greatly with traffic on the site as well.

I recently ordered an amplifier from someone on this site and I asked them for a BNIB amp instead of the amp that had been used (allegedly used for 10 minutes). I get my box, and the original packing tape was cut and retaped, so I thought no big deal. Continue to open it and I see all the tape was cut on all the boxes it was on and the inside most box had 'Tested 4-6-11' written on it. Granted its in new condition, there are no cosmetic flaws and I got all the extras that come with it but I paid extra for BNIB not tested. So my question is is this considered BNIB condition? If not, then should I pay the same price for the one said person was selling used instead of paying…

So for the last 7 years or so i have been allergic to apples, pears, peaches, ect. I could eat watermelon, pinapple, melons, bananas. Its weird i devoled this as an adult now the other day i took a bite of my sons asian pear and it didnt affect me. today i took a bite of a normal pear nad nothing. For 7 years i have been craving a nice cold, crisp, juicy apple.............Today i ate one. no issues really. a little tingle in the back of my mouth. TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY. I guess as fast as it appeared, its gone. Anybody else have weird adult onset allergies?

I got a toolbox for 2 cents thanks to a listing error on sears.com. I've been using it to pile amps and crap on top of to test so I figured I would get creative with it. Did some cutting and came out with this. Its all wired up and works awesome. Just gotta clean up the wiring.

I haven't had time to really sit down and write out a full update, I have been going through the roughest patch of my life so far I'd say; but basically, I got my Taramps mounted hidden in my Dash, I scooped an american bass 4k (2k rms @ 1ohm) for my ID 15's, installed my Dayton AMT Tweeters, and the next to get installed is a MiniDSP 2x4 and a 200a Alt. getting the hang of phasing and time alignment, proper aiming. got my MDF baffles installed, and am eyeing up some daytom 8's to match my tweets. so far, this is the best sounding system i've ever owned.
