Ok so since i've been working out i really need to start focusing on my diet. I need to know what my diet should be composed of. I'm supplementing with n-large2 (4scoops in the morning and 4 scoops after workout) and no-xplod before work-out. I might be doing too much of the n-large2 but we will see (that ends up being 1200 extra calories a day). So on top of that i really need some good dinner ideas and snack ideas. I'm really lost here. Should i just be doing deli sandwiches throughout the day? I'm trying to secure my 96 Cherokee (you know the kind where you slide hammer the ignition and away you go) and need advice on what system to go with. It's been a while since I've been familiar with car security systems so I have a bit of a learning curve here. What I'm looking for in a security system... 1) Goes off if the dome light comes on, in whatever form the system achieves it. Ive been looking online for headers/catback for the burb. I noticed that Summit has pretty cheap headers as well as cat backs. Is it worth it ? I definetly dont want flowmaster mufflers/catback because I HATE the sound that they make. P.S I was also told that going with a 1 5/8" header pipe would be better than a 1 1/2" pipe for flow reasons. The only company that offers the 1 5/8" headers for a decient price is Edelbrock. The majority of them offer 1 1/2" header pipe inc Summit. Remember, im poor. summit>jegs

I have nothing to do this spring break and I had asked off from work because I thought I was going to cali, well scratch that idea.
