hey guys, i just got back from seeing van halen play in indinapolis (right across the street from where this years slamology 2012 is being held) and it was awesome.. got to see a 10min. guitar solo from eddie van halen himself:) anyways i shot a few pics and vids to share with u guys. our seats were way up in peanut heaven ($40/ticket) so pics arent that great... Been on vacation for the past 3 weeks(I work a week on/ week off) and get back to work today to find that they have blocked all the good stuff on our company internet! Facebook, Youtube, pandora, photobucket, etc. For a normal job it wouldn't be so bad...but we LIVE here for a week at a time! OK as the title says I was wondering if anyone has had a cortisone shot? I just had one today in my left hip as I have a liberal tear from falling down my stairs in April and was wondering how long it will last to keep the pain away?
