Hey everyone I am looking for some help in the Home audio field. I imagine home audio is similar to car audio just higher impedances and less power. I am looking for some home audio beginners guilds to point me in the right direction. For example what to look for, terminology, high end vs low end, brand names, expected costs and what not. I have never seen a Hot Air Balloon up close so I went to a Balloon Fest to check some out. Here are a couple videos I made with my Droid phone, if your interested I can post more. I have a 21 minute video clip of the eagle balloon from the time it was flat on the ground to fully inflated and flying tethered to to 3/4 ton trucks. Long ass day, and I have a headache. There was way too much music. From cars, then 2 different stages, the vendors had videos and music playing. Hello, My son and his wife will have to replace their house air conditioner. Live in Mass. Typical 3 bedroom Split style. I'm trying to help them out a bit, but certainly no expert with this. Unit is very old now, and the type where the condenser is located outside, and the evaporator is mounted to the duct work by the furnace (hot air heating system). Before we call in some contractors, thought I'd ask you experts he Is Trane still considered the "best" brand re reliability, etc. ? I guess most important, are there any brands (or models) to stay away from ? Any thoughts on what to ask contractor, things to look out for, gotchas, etc. would be most appreciated. Thanks…

Hello guys.... Just wondering what you use when you smoke your briskets?? Do you use Rubs or marinades?? Is it store bought or home made?? Ok, I know there are a lot of vendors here so I figured I'd ask. A good friend of mine recently came to me with a proposition. He inherited a good bit of inventory of aftermarket JDM parts (not sure on the specifics yet as this is in the baby steps phase) from his dad who ran a small eBay-based business with a few local sales here and there.
