Its been so long since I had a decent system and I feel like I never get anywhere... Its like I keep saving up and stockpiling parts, but shit keeps happening that I have to spend money elsewhere... I feel like I just plan plan plan, and beat a dead horse sometimes... But I want to make sure everything come out good... Even a small basic system can rack up a cost and load of time, if your doing it yourself... Also, once I get something in, I'm never satisfied... uhhh... OK, done venting..

So for the second time this year, 2009 sh*ts on me. Today was a doozie. I head into work, and about 11 o'clock 7 people are called into the conference room and are told they are being "furloughed" (a lay-off with a possibility of return). I am one of those people. Our company is doing so bad right now that it's probably going to go under before I get a chance to return... the past few months we haven't even been getting paid on time. My wife has a ton of pics on her computer. It's been acting funny lately and I want to get them off there in case it ends up crashing. What type of storage should I be looking at: online or external hard drive? If online, what are some of the better sites? I do have Photobucket, but I just use it for pics of things I'm selling and stupid stuff (memes, etc).

Man finally i got my system installed today username (soundvibration)installed it here in phoenix az he really is a badass instaler,and would reccomend him to anybody who needs installs in this area..And thanks to everyone who helped me with my questions even the dumb shit i asked.as soon as i learn how to load picks,nohing huge but loud enough for me..

I can't figure out how to make my speedtest result my signature, I see other people do it and it doesn't work. Every time I try to load it, it says its to big, that it has to be less than 800x1000 pixels or something like that and I know this pic isn't even close being 800x1000, so what am I doing wrong???

I am looking to buy these 20 inch rims and I need to know if these will fit. All i know is that the rims are 20's, they come off an Infiniti. The tire size on them is 245/35/20. I was told I can fit them. But i need some advice. They will be going on my 2006 Nissan Altima. Thanks all. I'm supposed to go look at rims in a little while.

Many will laugh at me, but I have had some success over the past week removing the scuff marks on my door sills and kick panels. It's quite intensive, but it works so well. Here goes. Well, I started out wiping the pieces down with Turpentine. It's smell and fumes are horrendous, so use caution. Definately REMOVE THE PIECES FROM YOUR VEHICLE! Next take some tire cleaner, I use Wesley's Bleach White, and spray and scrub them down. Make sure all the turpentine residue is gone. Next, take your spray on interior detailer, I use Turtle Wax Formula 2001, and LIBERALY spray them with it. Let the stuff sit on there for some time, but no more than a couple hours. Make sure …

My compressor is running forever tonight. Not filling up at all it seems. I was worried at first, but could the humidity be to blame for such a slow fill up time? Im gaining about 10 pounds of pressure every 5 mins or so.

I was wondering who else has this problem and what browser they are using. For me no pictures are loading and it's only on this forum. Same behavior on my work computer and home computer. For instance avatars don't show up unless I use quick reply and then only the avatar in my latest post shows up. If I refresh the page, the avatar is hone. No sigs, no icon for messages, no icon for "go to last unread post", no pictures posted, unless I post them using quick reply (same as with the avatar).

I know this is dumb, but all of a sudden everyone's replies are all bunched up at the bottom in an outline form, and i have to click each one to see it. Can anyone help me figure out what to change? I have checked all the settings, but it is pretty annoying. thanks
