Some people probably think it's retarded, but I like picking up free or nearly free amplifiers, headunits, and subs that need some TLC and bringing back to life. Thinking of starting a rock review style website. Review new records (before they hit stores), concert reviews (with photos), interviews (once hits go up allow visitors to suggest questions), instruments and gear, rock style clothing and art, and news. As a few of you may know, i brought my car to a auto customization shop last week to have an interior swap done. I saw the advertisement on our local G35 forums, the owner was looking for a stock interior in black for an 05-07 coupe and he would give the other party his custom two tone suede interior, with glassed door panels for 3 way comps, full trunk made w/ amp rack for 2 12's, etc. I was the first person to respond to the ad, so we made arrangements for me to go there the following day. i arrived at his location, over a hundred miles from my home, at around noon. Well I have been looking for a full time job in the Car Audio, Video, Security, Fabrication, or Car Upholstery Industry. Long story short I ran into one of my moms old friends yesterday and she told me if I sent here my resume, that she would send it out too all the local companies. She also told me to include a Cover Letter for the front. Honestly I dont even know where to begin, I'm a High School Graduate and an Acoustic Edge Graduate. I have pictures of almost all the work I have done for the past year or so. But I dont even know what i should included in the resume or the cover letter or the format for them, so any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Im an apprentice mechanic and am looking to buy a quality multimeter but dont want to spend the money on a FLUKE. Too expensive as of now. I had a company come out today and give me an estimate for a new heating and cooling unit, as ours is over 20 years old and needs replaced. Okay guys I already have my FULL system sitting in NY, subs, amps, componants, wiring, and chit thereof. Just need wood. I am getting told I'm pretty pucking retarded for wanting another set of wheels while home. I should instead use either my step dad's F-150 or my mom's Explorer. I am still unsure where exactly I am going to head to after being here. I was planning on either buying a decent moderatly priced used SUV or a CRX if I can find one around home. Well I am lacking in new music. I got the most previous Mars Volta Album and am awaiting the arrival of my new Atmosphere album, but does anyone know any good new music that would be worth checking out? Any kind of rock or rap/hip hop (I'm not into gangster rap, Most of todays rap has gone downhill as far as lyrical content and the genre as a whole. Lupe Fiasco, Kanye, Atmosphere, Common are examples of rap I like). Or some good jazz. I checked out some of the albums from the best of 2007 according to AudioJunkies too and I liked the albums i listened to. I'm open to any suggestions. Scratch what I said. Any music.
