You win a sub in a raffle, it comes and the mounting lip is bent. Guy claims it was perfect and shipped perfect. You recieve it and the box is straight shitty. You show hime the pics and he claims it had a wooden brace for the bottom and was packed way better. Claim is filed and he tells you they only are paying 135, you check with FedEx and they tell you they paid 560. Now should you be entitled to the 70 you paid or the full 500 he was paid (minus the 60 shipping) for your piece of damaged equipment? J

Well as most of you know, I will be attending school here shortly. I'm in NW Indiana, school is in Nashville, TN. I don't want to take my car down there atall. I also don't want to have it just sitting up here for more than a year. I was going to get a student loan to cover the remaining $5K I owe on the car. Anyways, what would you guys do? I'm thinking of selling it and getting a new Scion. I want something economical with a warranty that I won't really have to do any maintenance on. I was wondering if there was any shops in arizona looking for full time help. Except heres the trick, im not certified. But want 2 get certified. im working on one of our buses, its a 24 volt system..... and i need to do a huge system on it.... so! i need a step down.. somthing that can handle 500 amps or so... or less.. i could just use a few of them i tryed looking for my self.

Well, my Argentine black and white tegu is finally here, his name is Apophis. I put a deposit to reserve a hatchling for me back in February. They hatched June 25, And I finally got him this last Monday. I'm up to 4 lizards in my room now lol. He is maybe 8" or 9" and will be a month old tomorrow. And the rest. I would like to let everyone know that my girlfriend and I have finally received our little bundle of joy. Nicolas Owen Fleming was born November 7th at 4:04pm. Weighing in at 8lbs 9.3oz (3894grams for all you metric freaks) Having a length of 23.5" (59.7cm again for you metric freaks) 10 fingers 10 toes and very healthy. Brenda and Nicolas are doing well, and are now home.

This new addition to my bar, pretty much completes it. I ordered a 27" LCD HDTV from Newegg for 450 last week. Today I got it mounted. I made an MDF corner shelf and anchored it into studs. Then I trimmed it in bamboo to match the motif. Just raw MDF shelf. After Bamboo trim. My saturday bar hat. Just in time for most of the football season.
