Hey guys, We had a little meet-up today in San Marcos... just a few people including myself, Jon, Alex (inkfx) and Hugo (onebadmonte). Did a few TL runs, attracted the attention of a kid who drove by and tried to sell some Kicker subs to Jon (thanks btw I still have a slight headache haha). Scores (Correct me if I'm wrong): Hugo - 135.8 ? Alex - 139.6 Matt - 143.1 Jon - Umm.... technical difficulties?? lol! Loud as hell but the TermLab wasn't registering it for some reason

I will be competing at the MLG Dallas tournament this weekend. My team name is "Fully Loaded" It consist of Me(The SuphiX), Tie Rant X, The Prephix, and The Sinis7er. I will be competing in Halo: Reach. If you don't know what MLG is, I will kindly explain it to the best of my ability. Ok, so in halo, mlg style, is the competitive side of the world, like top 5% of the entire halo community. But I love it. I started back in 06. Well anyway, there is 4 people on a team. You have two different game types, one, is a slayer game type where the objective is to kill the other team, The first to 50 wins. And the other game type is called varied, but for the most part, its an objec…

I got scammed out of my amp by Bakedboy08 on here and I don't know what to do because this has never happened me before. Am I pretty much screwed over because it was a trade agreement and not a sale? I already made a feedback add for the whole transaction. Is that pretty much all I can do??

I am not sure if I mentioned it before, but something fun on the side I (well machines) have been doing is contributing to some distributed computing projects through BOINC. BOINC uses the unused CPU time on peoples personal machines, the most famous being SETI. SETI is based out of UC Berkley and is the most popular project. Some of the projects are very interesting and are quite important to science research and development, many dealing with protein folding, quantum mechanics, AI, bio-chem, deep space radio signals, and physics etc. The reason for this topic is a call for help for the team I am on > SETI.USA. For every work unit crunched by a team member, credi…

So my wife started working at best buy a few weeks ago and i go in today and start talking with the guy in the car audio section and apparently "the loudest sub in the world is a kicker solo x because it has the highest sensitivity of any sub, 92db." and the worlds loudest vehicle is in houston tx pushing an astounding 320 db with 3 kicker solo x's. going on to say that reaching 200db is fairly easy and that his vehicle with 2 kicker L7s is at almost 100db. i couldnt tell whether i was crying or laughing on the inside. The image some people think of that you watch some youtube videos, go to an electronics store and get subs, an amp, and a box you like put them in your ca…

If you are thinking about shipping something, please don't use UPS. That is all. Oh, and I just received the 8th sub broken by UPS in the last two years.

As it has started to gain more world wide attention and acceptance is growing, thought it would be an interested topic. I've been progressively going in little by little since 2017. Who else has been messing with it and what projects/coins are you big on?

This is only to those few that have shown that they are of upstanding character and have in not contributed to the ignorance I witnessed today; I thank you for your help in car audio, I have learned a great deal in the past 7 months. Also and more importantly I apologize to you. I kinda went off at CA.com and said a few really messed up things. Wether you read or not or even give a crap I just wanna apologize. Please understand that I am just fed up with the anti-mexicanism that is so prevelant at every single website that I have ever been to and even more fed up at the fact that it is okay with everyone. But, this is beside the point; in my anger I resorted to the same s…

I am purchasing this home and it has a bridge as the front portion of the driveway that goes over a small lets call it a creek. In the pics you can see that the right wingwall is broken off the approaching abutment. The bridge is solid concrete and not sure what era it was built. Property started being lived on in 1900s and then house rebuild in 85 and then updated in 93. I have drove over the bridge in my town and country and other than the scrape from the dip had noticed no "bowing" or "softness of any kind. I just was wondering if anyone does this kind of work with wingwalls and abutments.

Take the step to freedom from the hell hole of walmart. Join me and my crusades to stop using walmart for anything. Anything you can get at walamart you can get elsewhere, usually for a dollar more and a hell of alot less hassle and retardation. Ive been hating walmart for a while now but today was the straw that broke the camles back. Today i went in to get a Multi Meter and some black satin paint and some masking tape. The only multi meter they had that was digital was $17...17 freaking dollars...only thing i use a MM for is measuing AC voltage and occasionally DC voltage...i paid $5 for my last one, which used internal batteries and could not be reserected once it…

So Edward and I drove down from Austin to visit our boy Bigjon, and it was chill....sat outside on a cloud less Sunday afternoon in the Lone star state and then had a Pass with the meter. Got to take a few pics before the cops came, Bigjon must have a police sense cause he was pullin out when the cops were pullin in. Other than that, I say that we should do this at least once every 2-3 months if not more often. Here are a few pics untill I get home tonight, and look at the following posts cause Edward will post some a few post below this one. Sorry but just look at em through my photobucket account, its quicker. http://s670.photobucket.com/albums/vv62/RS...86f6b5fb688.…

There's this 16 yr old rapper named Earl Sweatshirt who raps about all kinds of crazy stuff. His mother is a professor and was recommended his mixtape by one of her students. Once she heard it and figured out it was her son, she sent him away to a boarding school in Samoa. He's part of a group called "odd future" who has an enormous buzz in the music industry right now. They're traveling the world performing, getting magazine covers, and making millions while earl is stuck at a boarding school. Here's one of the songs she heard Article As a parent, what would you do? IMO, Music is an art and a form of expression. Rap music contains many levels and simply listening an…
