Is it human nature to take all forms of criticism and instantly assume the person giving the criticism is trying to insult you personally? I know I used to think that way, I no longer do and now it seems like, to me at least, that a lot of people think that even constructive criticism is insult based. When I try to help people, I try my best to make it seem like I am helping or at least trying to. But there is always someone who wants to assume I am just insulting them, even when I try to explain I am helping, they still think I am just trying to be mean towards them. Almost everyone who has worked anywhere has probably run into them, whether it's in retail, food, an office environment, etc. People who can't wait to tell your boss what you're not good at, what you're doing wrong, and that you were staring at your coworkers tits yesterday. Like Cutthroat B' from House, they will do whatever it takes to move up in life, even lying. Everyone hates them other than the boss, but that's who's opinion really counts. how does a rapidly growinjg fan lose the newbie status?

Well, here it is... It's a 2004 Land Rover Discovery SE7. I don't turn 16 for another 3 months so I guess I'll have to stare at it till then . But here are my plans for it (audio wise)...(1) IA DP 21", (1) AQ 2200D, (1) Deka 9A31, Knu wiring, and other chit... Was going to do dual DC LV4XLs, but this set up will save me $1k & I'll get that 'WOW' factor when people see it. With out further ado, some pics: One, GREAT thing... I can lock it w/ my stock keypad where no internal door handles/locks work. This means that even if they break a window to get in, they can't. No Door unlocks work...only my remote.
