So for the second time this year, 2009 sh*ts on me. Today was a doozie. I head into work, and about 11 o'clock 7 people are called into the conference room and are told they are being "furloughed" (a lay-off with a possibility of return). I am one of those people. Our company is doing so bad right now that it's probably going to go under before I get a chance to return... the past few months we haven't even been getting paid on time. Okay, so I'm going to be getting a couple of visor screens and rear screens for the car, and I am trying to decide on which gaming console to install... I first thought that something like the Wii would be fun, but I can see a window getting cracked or something already. So now I'm debating either between a good old PS2 (can be had on eBay for about $20-$50) which would be the cheaper solution... plus the controllers are smaller and easier to store; or an Xbox 360 (Anywhere from $150 up with controllers) which would be a slightly more expensive route but it is a newer system after all... Alright I decided my vehicle is time to get the boot and me get a new one because I'm tired of putting more into it then what it's worth. So I'm looking for opinions on which vehicle to go with. Either A. A 03 chevy S-10 (the 3 seater) that has 44K miles for about $7 grand Or B. A 97 GMC Sierra 1500 with 89.5K miles for almost $5 grand. What I'm looking for which would be better for gas, builds, and handle lovely Ohio winters.

I was cleaning out my car,when some kid came though in a new caddy acting fresh as anything next to me and my 1991 lumina. He had all of his doors open and was trying to show off his bass, that sounded horribly distorted, and pretty weak. Ok here it goes. I have some 'splainin to do lol. I've had to take out two of my subs from my 4 sub system because I don't remember which company (DC or DroppinHz) mistakenly sent out the wrong voice coul setup, no biggie we are all human. I'm new to big systems so I don't know a lot about the electronics yet as far as wiring so when I called the company's I asked for two level 4 18's that at would wire down to 1 ohm together on a DC 3.5k and accepted what I got. The problem is I got 4 subs on two different voice coils. 1 set was d1's and the other set was d2's. I've been seeing alot of ages fly by the last couple weeks and have to wonder if there is anyone older than me hanging out here. I hit 41 in April. I competed in the late 80's early 90's but between kids and going back to college at 29 (1993 for you math junkies) I fell by the wayside and just kept a nice system for my own tastes.
