I can't figure out, from the manual, how to wire a single DVC 4ohm to the 1000D? Can someone help? The +'s and -'s are internally bridged, so if you are looking for 2 ohm on a single woofer, you can wire it so both of the positives on the amp goto the +'s on the woofer and both the -'s on the amp goto the -'s on the woofer.

That's certainly showing respect for the forum members. :-( As you're too lazy to delineate your comments and actually be understood, you'll have to forgive me for not reading any further. If you'd like to reformat your post, so that one doesn't have to struggle to read it, I'll gladly respond.

if you have accessories(radio, lights, ect.|) in the vehicle on while just the key is turned to accessory your voltage might drop to 11.5-12 volts. But if nothing in the vehicle is on and you turn the key to the on position your voltage should be close to 12.6 volts. Also try a DMM at the wires going to your stinger volt gauge and see if they are the same it could be a possibiltiy the gauge is off a little.

Yes the donor has been found. Now they just need the cash. Insurance pretty much bailed on the family since this surgery has not been done very many times. I believe they classified it as ''experimental''.

Not to make this into pissing contest. but Ive been involved in audio for almost 30 years, having setup numerous CES high-end systems, not to mention freelaning as a setup pro. And I'm talking about SOTA audio. Clearly, I don't see a point to all of this, as I'm perfectly capable of making my own decisions. All I want to know is if BJ can build a box out of 1/2" material. If he can, I'll place an order. The rest is irrelevant. I'd love to heat from him! BTW, thank you for your input! Nope! Not a pissing contest my fellow Audio Guru. I haven't really read this post and wasn't even sure exactly what it was about. I saw a simple question and gave a simple answer. Maybe it…

Whats your source for that?? AQ 2200D = Hifonics BXi 2607D. No sign of US amps in the design.

Yes it will. The actual make/model/year would help narrow it down, but from my testing it should be a great fit.

Great write up!!! I know I am still at times guilty of these things. That being said, possibly make it a part of the registration. Say an added page. Other thing you could do is just make it a sticky in the VERY top of each forum and sub forum? J

I was thinking the same thing..... If anything, sand down the panels before assembling them, would cut down on the time sanding after it's put together?
