I'm thinking of going with a 15" Q for these, powered by a Sundown SAZ-1000D So I've been messing with the RE calculator and think I have come up with a couple of designs. I just want to make sure all the numbers are right on these and see some opinions on which one is better. I like the first one more, sub up port back, does that design output well? How do you make the horizontal and vertical 45's come together smoothly? Also, would the first box fit a 15" BL? I know the second one doesn't have the airspace for a BL which is another reason I like the first one. In case by the time I order I decide to go with a BL (I'm very indecisive)

To get everyone accustomed to my build quality, starting April 27th through May 22nd, I will build a custom enclosure to your liking for every subwoofer purchase. The entire enclosure including shipping will be free. The enclosures will be made from 3/4 inch MDF with either double or triple baffles depending on the size woofers. Sealed or ported. Ported enclosures can have normal slot ports, or flared ports whichever you prefer. All enclosures will be wrapped in a high quality non-backed carpet and use high quality Metra terminals along with Kicker 12 AWG Twisted Technology speaker wire. here's a list of eveything going in: All kicker wiring Dual 250 amp alternators 3 powermaster D3100's 8 pairs of Kicker 6.5 inch Marines 4 pairs of Kicker KS series components in the doors 4 pairs of Kicker KS series components in the headliner 4 Kicker KS 350/4 for the highs 4 IA 20.1's for the subs 2 Warden 21's JVC indash nav JVC backup camera custom molded raw monitor for back up camera. the subs will be in 20 net cubes tuned to 35 hertz. This may change a little once I get the subs in hand. The subs will face up, port back with the entire back of the enclosure plexiglass.

Thanks guys! forsure would get the 2 1500d's but i was just wondering, sice the sub is dual 1ohm, would i wire each amp to 1ohm, one to each coil, or 2 ohms or what?? never wired 2 amps to one sub.

I think it has the bigger v6. Around 50 ish thousand miles. It has: custom built door panels, front doors house 3 pairs of Kicker KS 6.5 components, back doors have one pair ks seperates Kenwood indash kenwood 10 inch touch in headliner for back up camera two pairs kicker ks coaxils in the headliner along with a pair of KS tweeters and a 15 inch flipdown two kicker zx 350.4 all door panels, headliner and roof consoule is wrapped in black suede 22 inch TIS rims. here's a link I'll add more pics when he sends them to me.

tech2332 is first on the list. We will begin the build process on Monday. He chose to go with a SSA Icon 10 ported tuned to 34 hertz. Here is some scketch-ups he supplied that we will work off of for the final design.

What is the warranty on refurbished amps?
