I just got the 100.4 from the UPS man today! Great guy to do business with and the "damage" to make it b-stock is barely noticable and i probably wouldnt have noticed it if Jacob hadnt of sent me pics pointing it out. Someone buy the rest of this stuff!

Are stepsom amps really the best amps? if not, are they really good and do they really put out the power they say for example, does the V 14K2D really put out 14000wrms @ 12 volts or not? Last thing, how much are these amps from the V 9K2D too the V 14kKD Just incase heres the website link to the amps. Is it going? As far as im concerned his reputation has been in the shitter since i started lurking car stereo forums. I would be PISSED waiting this long for anything, be it refund, package, or tracking number at least! This Kevin S guy is a joke and i REALLY dont think he should have a vendor space on this forum... Having him as a vendor kinda gives the impression that you condone his business. Just because you bought your driver from Fi doesn't mean it's related to them in any way that your airbag light is going on and off... If you bought a driver from ssa you'd post this in the ssa section... Perhaps a wire is loose and the more you turn it up the the wiring disconnects and connects... I'm not a mechanic, nor do I work for Cadillac either... lol

Anyone have input on the sq of ascendant audio subwoofers? Specifically the 12" chaos.

I am because I like you Bobby, you could try my Orions, they will eat the 1500 and love it all. But they also have great SQ at lower wattages. edit by Sean: I moved this here as it is another attempt to sell the Orions without having the requirements fulfilled.

what speakers can u guys recommend that are 250$ or less for my front stage. im gonna have to fi bl's off a aq2200d amp. and i wanna be able to hear the vocals. the speakers will be ran off a alpine mrp f300 bridged gettin 150 watts each. also i plan on going passive. so any suggestions?

We plugged up one port hole in a box I had laying around the shop and dropped an NS 15 in there to see what would happen. Good times I think we've had too much fun this weekend. Also did a video of a 149.5 run -- my clamp did not register in the video for some reason... but when we did the 149.7 run I clamped 2500 actual watts. VIDEO :

The X12 or the TC-9 or the Konaki hybrid? The TC-9 hybrid is mostly setup for SPL, it would be difficult to make very musical but won't quite sound like total junk. The X12 proto will sound pretty darn good in a moderate sealed box or large-ish low-tuned ported box. Probably the best sub for sale here for an SQ application. The Konaki hybrids have a great set of parameters to sound good in a smaller sealed or moderate ported box.
