just wondern your port demensions .... and is that a bd style amp you have .... what type of voltage you looking at in your ride ... you have a back up battery ... turn all knobs on amp down to min... turn your head unit to about three quater vol... and turn freq.... to about 35 to start .. set your gain at about 9:30 and do small incruments till you find your sweet spots ... also maybe a tone cd to see what your ride responds to the best on freq...

except for the knows what he's talking about and the give a shit parts, sounds similar to ca.com mods

I am going with the four tang bands because i could use them separately, in pairs etc should i want to try something different later on. It would also be easier to sell later. Will a deepcycle marine battery and a charger be sufficient? It should be way more than enough, especially as there will be less than two feet of wire between battery and amp. Edit: No more 100.4 in the SSA store I'm aiming for an AQ1200D. Same price; ~500w @ 4ohm, perfect. small update. i just picked myself up a pair of bucket seats so now i don't have to worry about my bulky bench seat and a the lack of mouting depth that was haunting me! soo stoked... with that said since changed my mind on my sub, sorta. lol. i might actually be getting into a better series. possibly the Q and very possibly the BL. theres not a huge difference in price between them all. and the mounting deph is something i can easily accomadate now. i'm looking for an amp for 500 or less, way less is possible. i am on somewhat of a budget, enough that i'm going to need to save up for it after i buy the sub b/c i'm also saving for a trip to alaska this summer.
