My trunk is around 12.5 cubes. I can fit either 1 or 2 12's on the baffle board. 1200 watts RMS is what I'm working with. What do you guys think? Also, do these setups still hit low and loud?

In the next couple of months I will have a line of high performance subwoofers to debut. In anticipation of the new lines I am going to start working on a demo vehicle. But I need some help. Would you rather see a smaller system with say four 12's or 15's with major attention to detail on the installation. Something along the lines of a bagged mini with a blow through. Or a retarded loud spl type set-up. Maybe a astro van with 16 or 20 subs.

Just looking to get some ideas for a killer bass race system. The system will be going into a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT. I really want to do something crazy. I'd really like to do 12 x 15's sealed - but not sure if i have the room (about 42"H x 42" W x 53"L - is about what i have to work with)....so if anyone has ideas of how to fit the 12 x 15's in there let me know.....other ideas are also welcome.....looking at Fi SSD's and Ascendant Arsenals if i'm going with a lot of subs.....also looking at 4 x 18" BL's or Ascendant Havocs. Let me know what you guys think, and if you have any other ideas - dont have a whole lot to spend either.

I have one enclosure to finish this week if the customer is still willing to wait. I have recently started a job inspecting commodity grains, so I only have two days per week to do installs. Therefore I will only be able to build one enclosure per week. At the moment I have roughly 15 enclosure requests. Hopefully I will be able to get with these customers this week. If anyone has any questions and you can't get a hold of me. Not really sure what I am asking here but here goes. I am running a TC3000 15"DVC sub. Each coil is 2ohms. I am running this parallel to a SAZ1500d for a 1 ohm load. With no music this specs out at about a perfect 1 ohm at the box terminals. Now whem I measure resistance while music is playing using my trusty calibrated Fluke 87 DMM, The lowest I am seeing resistance-wise is above 3 ohms. It never gets below and of course we are not going to discuss the high point. This is all done on a 60-20 htz sweep. So one of my questions is, does this mean that my sub is at most only getting 500 ish watts? I suppose what I need to do next is measure voltage and current. Was just doin…

I am starting to make diagrams for enclosures for both the 12 and the 15. I will make a sketch-up with a cut list for sealed and ported. I will list and optimum enclosure for a flat response, and a daily type enclosure with the typicical 3db boost around 35-45 hertz. What I need are some max measurements on typical trunks. List your max measurements. If need be I will do up several of each style.
