I have a Eclipse CD-8053 which I bought for the SQ level it has. I LOVE it and do not want to give it up. Any idea if there is a way to get Sirius Radio to play through the deck? I live in an area North of Dayton OH. All the Radio Stations point there sat's South towards Cinci... Therefore my reception just sucks. I listen to the Radio when I am in Dayton, but listen to CD's when home, because my SQ system really brings out the Hiss's and Pops! Any help for me??

Im trying to remember what thsi deck was, I think it was somehting like a cdx-90, it was made somewhere around 98-00. Big time SQ unit, Im just about positive the number on it was something 90. Anyone remember exactly what it was? Ive been looking for one for a while.

I just put a new CM MOJO "catridge" on a motor and im getting some coil rub. I did a second one and it turned out great but i remounted the catridge a few times on the first one and it keeps rubbing on the same side inside the coil. I think its slanted not off center. I mounted some old cartridges i had on the same motor and didnt get any rub so im pretty sure its the new cartridge. Any advice on a fix?

The enclosure designers under tech are to difficult for me to build only becuase of the 45 degree angles i dont no how to cut. I already spent a little over a grand on a AQ2200d, and two bl 12's. And i dont want to spend anymore money. Can anyone on here design me a box?

I'm thinking of a pair of W6v2 13.5's sealed. Would a Sundown SAE-1000D be proper to power a pair of those? It's going in a 2006 Corolla Type S. Right now I have a ported Icon 15 powered by a JBL GTO 1201.1 II amp that puts out 1100 watts at 2 ohms and a Batcap 800. I want to switch my system up to a sealed setup and think the W6v2s sound awesome. So I'm going sell my amp in favor of the SAE-1000D and do the big 3 and replace the Batcap 800 with the one of the bigger Odyssey drycell batteries and a solenoid. im peeling off my old deadner ED v1 i know most of u frown upon this but it did provide some deadning but some pieces have kinda slid off not much but were they fell off jammed my lock to my door so hence the total removal... just wondering if u guys know any nice products to clean up my door n get rid of the residue oh and any input on new deadner would be great im looking in to bquiet and ramatt? not sure if i spelled it right thnx

how much would you guys pay for a billet alluminum subwoofer grill to fit your sub no matter the size or shape it is.... i can have them made but there a little pricey, so im trying to get an idea on who would pay to have them... im going have a few made plus if someone wanted something else on the grill i can make it for a little more, so it would be one of a kind.... remember this is billet aluminum not no cheap plastic so the price of the aluminum and the cost of useing a C-N-C machine is not cheap, but if i have a few orders i can get the price down... jamie

Hi I am working on a school project showing the most extreme end of car audio. Meaning not your basic radio and door speakers. I will be covering everything from the difference in products and competitions. The time limit is 8 minutes to present so I will not be going into fiber glassing or anything like that. For your comp sets and or speakers that you have in your doors what gauge of speaker wire do you use and what brand? I was looking at Knukonceptz Karma and Klear wire 12 gauge. Please share what wire you use.

The system will consist of Tru amps, t03-250.2 (for sub) & t03-4.150 (for front tweets & mids). HU will be Clarion DRZ-9255. The speaks will be either Hybrid Audio Referernce or Seas Reference. Sorry for the nooby question guys but it has been a while. If I have a amplifier that puts out 150x2 at 4 ohms and 190x2 at 2 ohms when you bridge the channels together for 380 RMS does it go to 2ohms or 4ohms?

Hey guys i know i may sound like a straight noob i apologize before hand but this is really driving me crazy!! I have gone step by step one for one and have isolated that the radio is the cause of the issue or the alternator, i have tried running new rca's from the head unit, ive tried pulling the eq out of the equation but still the same noise. I have tried different radios: older alpine 9887 or something like that, a walmart pioneer deck, and just today an alpine cde-123 and still the same thing!! I have two ground points from the alt to the strut tower and 2/0 from the batteries to the factory rear ground post. Tomorrow when i get home from work im going to run 2 groun…
