Does anyone have any experience ordering from www.cartronixplus.com ? I know they basically have the lowest prices available, not too big a variety and most of it is sold out but really cheap! Anyone know if there legit? Warranty? any of that stuff?

hi guys this is my first post in a very long time... as if that matters but i do have one question to ask.... which is better cd or ipod? i have found that cd is a lot louder in treble while my ipod blasts the bass... my ipod is connected through a Alpine headunit with ipod cord and all... i was just wondering what people prefer more cd or ipods?

My alpiine cd player has started to randomly cut off and come back on while playing. I can be goin down the road listening and all of a sudden it just turns off completely and then immediately comes back on. The equip is as follows: Alpine deck AQ 1200.1 amp AQ HDC315

soooo iv been on sonic and been looking for cea amps.. kicker most fostgate amp are cea compliant. most jl amps are not iv always heard they put out rated power and have the best sq. am i missing something sonic is wrong or im not informed correctly?

my boss wants me to build him a nice center channel for his house, cause i do all the car audio for everyone at the shop. but what does a center channel consist of? isn't it usually like 2 4's and a tweet, or something like that? what freq range does this channel need to cover. is there any other pertinant information that i should know before attempting to build this?

Welp just traded subs, I have too brand new 18in hdc3's and so I will wall my truck I hope. They will be powered by 2 crescendo bc2000ds at 1 ohm bridged for comps and 4 ohms for daily

I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 quad cab. Currently i have 2 12" kicker cvr's powered by a ssl amp. Im planning on changing to 2 12" Fi q's and maybe the bl's. With a sundown amp along wiht components and a 4 channel amp. I will be changing the alternator and the battery also. Does anyone have any info on these subs or a better recommendation for my setup?

ok so my cars alternator is PCM conrolled.. and that means low voltage to start with. 14 flat cold on a good day 13.8 13.6 hot with my 300 amp mechman 4 31 series dekas in the rear and an old exide orbital under the hood..... so i spend a few bills and get a misslink audio module, to boost my voltage, and at first it did.. 14.6 cold, 14 flat hot... but then it became very spratic it was all over the place, and some times 13.00 hot... but normally 14.2 or so idled up .... well while testing to get ready for texas heatwave the biggest show in texas, thats this weekend.. my scores were down a full DB... well my orbital under the hood is 5 year old maybe older.. so…

Which way is better to charge second battery parallel with front battery or direct from alternator

since we have alot of guys here----we need to have more chats in our room----we have it why not use it. let's all set up a time and date and we can all meet up and chat.

SIIIIIIIKE lol. I made this in my InDesign class (one of my throwaway classes to fill my schedule up)and I think it actually turned out decent. DON'T HATE on the Meade picture, I needed a face-offy picture and that one was perfect. Just thought I'd throw this up here since it has SSA references on it. So im getting a silverado for christmas the 00' - 06' body style. I think thats the years. Anyways its the one before the newest one. I really want a standard cab and i plan on getting 1 BL 10" ported. Can anyone with a standard cab silverado tell me how much room is behind the seats? Does anyone have a box behind there truck seats? Not just a silverado. Looking for all kinds of ideas. Thanks, Drake

I've done quite a few installs in the past, but they've always been on older vehicles. I now have a 2008, and I honestly don't trust myself to install an LOC and amp. I contacted two shops that I've done business with in the past, and both quoted me at $65 for the install. Now I need to decide which one to go with. What would be the best way to pick one? I've seen work done by both and they both do a very good job. One of them is a member of the BBB and has an A+ rating.
