I've been looking at peoples builds that involve walls. My question is could you just build a box and stand it up to facing forward then seal it off? How come you have to secure the box so much when its walled but when you have it laying normal it doesn't have to be?

I can't seem to find the Rockford fosgate 3.sixty.2's anywhere except eBay. Anyone know of anywhere other than a shop which I'm sure is the most expensive or eBay to buy these processors?

  5. Ok so I 2 FI Q 15s powered by a DD M3a at 2 ohms. I have 1 run of 4 gauge, and stock electrical. The box is 8 cubes at 33hz and is walled in my car but not completely sealed off yet. I only had 20 mins with the TL so I only tested 2 songs and I got a 148.2 at the dash sealed with Lil Jon Throw it up. I just ordered new battery terminals today and My buddy is sending me 11ft of 0 gauge so I can do the big 3. Then I will sound deaden my 2 front doors and whatever I have left over I will sound deaden the floor of the car. After that I will seal off my trunk from the cabin (which is behind the box) but I wont have all the trim panels to go around the box to make it even more…

Rockford Fosgate 3SIXTY.3 Going active next year and I am stoked for this upcoming processor. Hopefully the autotune is phenomenal. Not too much has been released about that. The manual adjustments are plentiful to say the least. After they work out the bugs it should be released. Ready for autotune/manual with RTA? These videos were posted in 1.11

I have a dodge charger im trying to put some sundown subs in and I need help picking a line. My goal is to be very loud on music and 30-35 tune. I currently I have a DC alt 270xp, 4 xs 3400's batteries, and im either going to order a DC 5k or preferrably saz 4500 (if i can find one). also due to trunk space....I can't have 15's ported. so it's either 2 12's ported or 3 12's ported. What line of sub and how many is my best option?

Ok guys, I did a little searching of old threads and didn't find what I was looking for. My problem is: My amp (IA 40.1 ) Batteries (big ass diesel truck batteries) and strangely my sub (IA 21 DP) are condensating! I live in Michigan, so I'm assuming this isn't entirely uncommon, but there isn't a lot of info on how destructive it is to your equipment. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This song is really old but it still pounds harder than most songs this day!! I discovered it around 08' and alot of people still dont know about it so Im going 2 bring it to life! Its called "Drug Money" by Lil burn. You can find it on youtube.com (Theirs also a screwed version 2) But I mainly recommend people to play this with good subs and mainly subs thats tuned low like 30hz or below (Unless your subs still hit lows good) this song basically plays ground shakin lows!! Check out this vid. Tell me what u think, And If you guys need anymore good bass song hmu.

http://www.danleysoundlabs.com/danleyport.asp?ID=33 The most powerful semi-mobile subwoofer in the world. Can create tones of 94db from a 15-20hz sine wave, up to 250 meters (820ft) away. Can play 15hz tone at 140db 24hours a day 7 days a week without electricity due to a generator it has inside. 40 15" subwoofers and 40,000 watts self generated power.. Pretty impressive. I found it pretty interesting.. Anyone heard of this company/ subwoofer room?

I just recently picked up a 98 F150 extended cab PU, and I have always been curious as too if there is an ideal amount of cone area vs cab space available? I am only planning on putting what ever i can fit in the place behind the drivers seat, so i have room for 2 people to still sit in the back. But i wasn't sure (if i could get it to fit) if 2 10's/12's in a daily ported box? At this point, it is just an idea but i am thinking about an Xcons. I'm looking for more SQ with some output when i really want to turn it up. anyone have experience in a small cab space? I picture that much cone area in such a small cab space to be sloppy sounding. My last rig was a single 12" Q p…

If not then i want to go with the SSD's And i was wondering what amp would be great at running these at 1ohm stable.

(Not sure if I posted this in the right section sorry) Considering I'm in college, and I haven't been able to work that much through out the year Iv decided to try and make a little extra money on the side, along with helping out some fellow Canadians. I'm thinking about building a few subwoofer boxes for anyone around my area really. I highly doubt anyone will really even be living near me on here but its worth a shot.. Anyways, if you need some help building a box and live in the Niagara Region id love to help. Thanks.

  24. http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/oem/assets/2007_Lancer_RaveCard.pdf That's the system that's currently in my car. I'm wanting to replace the ENTIRE system. I know the amp sits under my driver seat and is a B**** to get to but I want to rip the entire system out and start fresh. I really want bass so I have 2 12" SA-12s waiting to go in. I need: Headunit (preferably single din so i can get an eq) ~$200 4- 6.5 mids - ($100) 2-4 tweeters - ($30? no clue) 4 channel amp to power them. Any suggestions at all will help. Thanks guys. Also if your selling something let me know I like to keep the headunit red to go with the rest of my buttons/lights in the car.
