Well I dont know were this falls into but my brother wants to change were his Soundstream BX-10 remote is I took a few pics of his dash and pretty much the interior so you guys can give us some ideas. It is a like an epicenter but not the original not an amp remote.I also want to know if you can take apart the box were the knob is and make it that"custom look"

Do you guys think an 8" aero port would be enough port area for 2 12" zcons? They would be in about 6 cubic feet after displacements. On around 3500 rms. Tuned around 34hz. I want to go with a 10" port but an 8" would be a lot easier since I'm only going to have about 36" for the width. You think I should test it out and try or do you thinks its forsure not enough?

I am looking for anyone in NorCal who might have a mic and whatever software needed for EQing my car that would like to help me out. or if you know of any local shops that are good about doing this sort of stuff cheap/free, that would be cool.

i have a sony hu,a dual amp for 6x9's,and a punch 401s running 2 15''memphis pr.when i turn it up where the bass is really starting to hit they go off and i turn it down a little they come back on,however if i fade all the way to subs i can hit them as hard as i want to.any ideas?thanks!!

looking for some help with the enclosure i am planning to build in the rear seat of my accord. it is not going to be a wall but a ported box reall. i was just wondering how to face the subs and ports. like subs up ports forward and that kinda junk. well i guess i should have stated what im looking for. im looking for a loud daily driver.

Building a box for wife's 2010 Jeep Wrangler 4 door. Leaning more towards a sealed box, but I can be convinced otherwise! Prefer SQL, then SPL. 12" GCON dual 2 ohm running off channel 5&6 on Leviathan amp. Size is not a big concern, but retaining the most possible usable space is warranted with the kids, their activities, and associated gear. I can figure out the dimensionson a sealed box, but haven't played amounted with ported dimensions yet. What are the pros and cons of the 2? I have a box design for my 8 12's with a slot port but i have heard aeros are solid as well? some1 shed some light on this ^^^ original design

I am almost done putting together the box, and someone pointed out that the opening looks a smaller than the other opening. I went out and measured it and realized that I made it 20.5 width from side to side of the port, and 22 length. It was supposed to be the other way around tuned at 33hz. Will this mess it up too much? Is there anything I can do to fix it? What would the tuning be at? Will this lower or higher the tuning? will it mess with the sound too much? I knew I fudgeed it up... I'm so pissed Btw, The length is of the top of the port. If you need, the sides go back 25.5, and height of 5.75

I just recently bought a FI Q 12D1. I'm looking to have someone build me a box, but he recommended i get him some port specs. I wanna go 2.3Cu FT and tuned to 33 hz. Anyone know how to get the length/depth of the port? I'm completely new to ported boxes, any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey guys I have all of my equipment just wantin to see if anyone here has experience with ext cab trucks. I have 2 Kicker CVX 15's goin in a Dodge Ram ext cab and I'm going to port them just can't decide where I need to face the subs and port. Can anyone help?

I am starting a new kerfed enclosure for two Pioneer ts-w3002d4 subs. I am a little unsure of how to calculate the volume of the kerfed or flared port. I have two designs so far but I am unsure of which will be the best. I am gonna do two separate boxes and attach them together. Which is better?

I have an 18" zcon on order so I'm starting the build here in the next couple days. I have two designs worked up and just curios what every one thinks would be better, more so concerning port area. I plan on using either a 10" or 12" round port. Box will be sub up port back in an 06 xterra. First design: 6.93 cubic ft. after all displacements with A 10" port tuned @ 37 hz port area = 11.38 per cube Second design: 7.4 cubic ft. after all displacements with a 12" port tuned @ 37 hz port area = 15.28 per cube Just curious what everyones thoughts are, thanks

im looking at my max dimensions and it looks like its going to be around 8 cubes and its most likely going to be tuned to 33hertz and i was wondering if thats too big? its a shared chamber subs and port up(going in a pickup)

In process of getting my 15" zcon reconed to a 12" but I need to build the enclosure. Car is an "04 Grand prix trunk is painted with GT MAT which I've come to realize works real well. Sub back port back is what I'm trying to accomplish for now. I'll experiment later, but have come to realize that sub back port back sounds really well wamming off the trunk in the American cars I've owned. right now i have 2 18" in a hatchback with subs up port back will i do better numbers with subs and port up and i have 100sqin of port will i bennifit going to 150sqin of port any help please

I have 15" height with 38" width in my trunk. If it could be made down to 36" width and just longer that would be great. I'm going to be housing two SA12s on a 1500d. Specs of the site say 1.75 each at 30 hz so 3.5 at 30 should be right then correct? If it helps I always listen to rap with a lot of low notes. Hey everyone. I've got a 99 dodge 1500 regular cab. I built a box to go behind the seats that was about 2.4 cubes and had a 3" aero port, loaded with a Fi Bl 12. I resently bought a DP 12 and it is quite a bit louder than my Fi, but I know it can get louder. I'm building a complete fiberglass box to replace this one, and it will have the same basic layout, but I'm putting in a bigger port. I've got a 4" and a 6" aero port. So my question is, which would be a better combo: DP with 4" aero port, or DP with 6" aero port? I can possibly fit either one, but I want to know which one would be better for me. My music style is rap just because of the bass, and I LOVE the lows, and…

Can I get away with using a single 4 inch port for my Icon 12? I don't have enough room to get 2 ports in due to the length. Lets assume the box is 3 cubes after sub displacement. Can be made smaller if that is optimal.

Awaiting a check for $450 and then putting a call into RE. 4 RE 8's 1.8 @ 34Hz dual 3.25" Ports under the seat of an '03 GMC 1500 Ext Cab. going to be powered by Pheonix Gold Octane R 8.0 Hoping for 140 on the AC. Which shouldnt be much of a problem.
