Met up with Scott at the flea market today, met him over at the CA.com forums. Gave him a demo, and took a new vid. He's got an '08 Merc Grand Marquis with 2 AQ SDC 15's on a Cadence 1000W amp, a car not much different from Jon's, has a lot of potential. He wants to see if he can ride up with us next time you set up the TL.

I've had this RE SE 15 since 2004. I've had it in a sealed box 2.4cuft for most of the life time of the sub. I have put it in a ported box which was 2.5cuft tuned to 18hz (very low tune in a small box). Works very well. I've had it hooked up to a cheap rockford 200.1 amp and then i hooked it up to a (still staying cheap) Profile AP1000M. Got louder and sounded even nicer. All this was in my 1997 s10 ext. cab. Now i have a 1998 Jeep grand cherokee and put it in there with the Profile. Got even louder facing back. Now I purchased a Hifonics Brutus BXi1208D and hooked that up with the sealed box. As many of you may or may not know, I was involved in a pretty serious collision roughly four weeks ago. After four weeks I basically got fed the hell up and decided to go car shopping in Houston today, looking basically at Crown Vic's, Audi A4's, and Lexus IS's. Little did I know that on the first car lot we came to there be this beautiful unicorn sitting there all by its lonesome. Weren't no way in hell I was leaving the lot without her, and by god I did. Redemption is a wonderful thing...

Well, as Jon knows, about a month ago I had curb jump right out in front of my car and demolish two of my wheels on the left side... I managed to turn around and head back to my buddies house on two flats (it was about 5 minutes away). Here is the aftermath... So I recently sold the 70 Chevy I had been holding on to for $1000 to some guy in Corpus and I purchased a new set of wheels (Velocity 780's) which I like better than the old ones anyhow... after I bought them I discovered I could've just bought two new wheels for about $300 online and these new wheels cost $800 (with my old wheels as a trade) but ah well... I also ordered me three sets of CC Tubes from Oznium.c…

Well 2 years ago I decided to hook two 2500 watt amps to my re se 12.. tested output on the amps was 2660@45hz... Anhow after several burps the sub started to rattle but played ok.. I thought I blew it... I was moving my stuff around today and though wtf I'll take that thing apart and see what happened... here's all I found... Pulling off the cosmetic dustcap... underneath the inner dustcap was off and rattling around... My noise... Coil still shiny copper not burnt at all.. I'm gonna glue her back up today and get it ready for more abuse ***this is a 2004 era SE

Got bored the other day and the roommate and I cleaned the rides up and went and took some photos for the hell of it. This past Saturday, one of my car clubs, AZ F-Body Association, took a cruise from Tempe Town Lake out to Bartlett Lake and then to the Pavillions car show. Weather was in the mid-70s and absolutely perfect. Here are some pics:
