Jonecon2001 from SSA took me Off roading yesterday for the first time. I thought it was pretty damn fun. Thought i'd share the landscape and a few pics with you guys since it's soo different out here in the desert. and i'm whipping up a video of some sweet climbs we did. To bad my camera died though, could of had alot more.

Today while searching for something for a guy on FSC I stumbled across the pics of my very first setup in my truck. Makes you remember that at one time or another we were newbies ourselves... Yep... no carpet in this bad boy (I left the windows down too often at night) Part of my front stage velcroed to the floor. 6x9's baby! don't worry though, I had 4x6's in the dash as well The best part of my first system. I am currently using this in my new truck Pop open that glove box and shazzam! ps2 screen bish! mounted on custom angled 2x4's for best viewing angle! Look down... Oh whats that? PS2 at your feetz! Seems like there is always something to work on.... This is my "new" Brute. yeah I've had 10 min of seat time on it.... yeah previous owner, an easy life on the farm eh? This is a pic of my Sportsman 400^^^ Had to weld on some more metal because the a arm got loose and "wallerred" a the mounting hole out. Using my little MIG, decided I didn't care to switch the flux core out and use gas. The original metal was also pretty thin so a constant weld was near impossible. Soon as I got that all done, went to replace the tie rods and found out the front right a arm is loose as hell too Just another day!

Last weekend. Local Fall Festival and show-n-shine. Not many cars, about 30, half of them classic cars. Very nice. Only a few had systems. All were basic set-ups (I.E. subs in a box thrown in the trunk, amps hidden or mounted on seat backs, etc.) Didn't win anything, but got alot of compliments so my day was made. Recently, I damaged my rear bumper on top of Four Peaks, AZ. Which was naturally an excuse to get a new one That turned into "what else can I get done while it's in the shop". Went to the wedding of a distant cousin, in a small town in the mountains. This is the hotel where we slept : Later on the second day everybody went out on the lake (biggest artificial lake in the country) for a boat trip.
