Picked her up Thursday night! I'll get more pics when it isn't raining =). This car turns head like nothing I've seen before. Plans include the Go-wing, HIDs, true duals, 5% tint, carbon fiber trim interior pieces, door sills, chrome tank, new stereo, and rims =D. Got her tinted today, so more pics later.

yay for me! ruger mkIII w/ barska red dot. has a 5 moa dot when cranked up, a lil big, but it'll drive nails at 25yds and stay under 2" at 50yd. (off a rest fo course) not bad for a 60(maybe older) year old design and a cheapo optic, lol. what i see when it's pointing at some poor squirrel, or rabbit, or dog, or redneck idiot...well, maybe not the dog. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

My friends and I decided to use our 4WD this weekend, so we headed up north to the dunes at Silver Lake. It was me in the almost stock ZR2, my buddy in a stock Cherokee, and another buddy in a stock Silverado Z71. None of us got stuck up there and we made it up every hill we tried (never attempted Test Hill though). If you ever have an opportunity to come up here, especially when you're driving, take it. I forgot to post these pics of my daily driver.. this car was built by my friend Brian Scott who was the only reason I was able to start my shop years ago.. he owns his own shop "Sounds and Motion" in Houghton Michigan.. He's the best abstract engineer of custom audio installations i've ever known. I left the amp at the same setting I had it at with my old 10" L7's. The amp is a little Hifonics Bx1605d, so I am underpowering this thing by a whole lot. Today I decided it was ok to go ahead and really let it knock and thats exactly what it does! Even with this amp. I am very impressed with the sub. Loud is an understatement! Videos are listed below. When I picked up this poor thing I had to re-solder the voice coil wires back on. It was really beat up and covered in liquid nails... yes liquid nails.
